The team at SimpleCitizen were always very supportive and responsive throughout the I-129F process. Kendra was always very quick to answer any questions my fiance and I had and address any concerns as well. They were also very quick in translating my fiance's official documents (birth certificate) and the attorney review was completed in just a few days. The packet they provided through mail was neatly organized, clearly outlines where signatures were needed, and provided detailed information in sending the application to USCIS. It was a pleasure in working with them and we are certain they will continue to support us throughout our visa application process.

Amazing experience! I am so happy with the whole team, they were so considerate and answered ALL my questions. Kendra, McKay, Amanda and others were just excellent. I am in the US for almost 2 years now and as a customer, I can clearly tell that no other company has better customer service than SimpleCitizen.

If you have any violations(like overstaying your visa) don't hire them. They're not well informed on those issues. Just wasted $400. The package they send you contains pictures of your supporting documents, you can't send pictures you need to send photocopies. They're responsive to your emails but besides that it's just a bunch of college kids not knowing much about what they're doing.

Hello, I am really very happy and satisfied with working with SimpleCitizen. Everyone is the team is very responsible and patient. I have different kinds of questions when I do the green card application. The online live chat usually responds me at anytime!! i Just got my biometrics done last week! Also the prices are really affordable! I was very well guided by Amanda :) She always helps me and gives me advice even at the last moment I mail my documents to USCIS! Also simple citizen is very easily to use! It just likes a questionnaire. After you fill out all questionnaire, they will send you a PDF to check. Then they will print out everything and sent all applications documents to your home :)

I hired simplecitizen team for my family based immigration filing. From beginning till the end, the entire team was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and generously helpful. The value for money for the simplecitizen packages is great, then the team went above and beyond to provide an extraordinary service. They even overnighted (free of charge) the printed application package to accomodate my urgent request. Even being not a full law-firm the team did everything in their power to answer my questions and help streamline the application process. The software is quite easy to use as well, and made it very easy to put all the responses and documents together in an organized way in one secure place. The software autopopulated the forms and the team very diligently arranged the documents required with each form.
