It's very affordable especially compared to the other competing website and private lawyers. The whole process was definitely a lot easier thanks to simple citizen. Daniel was our case manager and he was the best. He was very patient and detailed in his timely responses. I have been recommending simple citizen to anyone I meet that's going through the process. My interview was waived, my case took about 4.5 months. I know for sure if I applied without their help it would not have turned out as great!

In my case(marriage based green card application) the manager or managers assigned to my case didn't do anything and were not helpful at all. They kept messaging me about how the pictures were not clear and made me retake and upload them all over again. Wasted almost a month on that. Next they couldn't provide much help about me overstaying my visa for 8 months during covid. They wanted me to pay more for their attorney review. Wasted $400 on that. They sent me my package which was about 4 inches thick with documents copies repeating over and over. DO NOT SEND THAT! Make sure your copies are scanned and not photographs and forms should be separated they didn't tell me that. Very bad experience on my side and not worth the money. You can find that information free online or on USCIS website.

Good Morning I and my Husband, we are excited to be writing this review about our experience with Simple Citizen. We were introduced to this company by a family friend of mine who use them before and got through so fast. When we signed up with them, we didn’t know what exactly would have happen next. But they make it happen for us. Even with the price of their packages it is so affordable because firstly I was thinking of using a lawyer and that was way more expensive. But thanks to the person who said use them and we took the risk and did so. Also with how they responded to us it was very much on time and in a goodly manner. We would like to big up Daniel for working with us and also the patience he had to deal with us through this process. He was always on time to respond back to our questions. First THANK YOU, Amanda! You were wonderful in this process. We have used Simple Citizen twice now. I would recommend them. Both times things went very well. Communication has improved 100% during this second with them. Not to say the first time was all that bad, it was good. Things have gotten much better. They make the process very simple and if a mistake is made, or the government needs something else, they are on top of it. I will be calling on them again for our final filing.

In a nutshell, using Simple Citizen has been a wonderful experience. Simple Citizen has provided me with all the steps from the beginning to the end. They informed me of everything that was needed, and they reviewed everything very thoroughly. They also informed on whether I should do anything differently or provide any additional information for a successful application. There was one point where I wasn’t able to provide a certain documentation and they gave me the option to go with an attorney and they were willing to provide me the full refund for what I had paid. I really appreciated their honesty, and consideration. I really liked Simple Citizen’s honesty and care for their clients, so I decided to provide the information in whatever way I can using a notary (which they suggested) and continue with them. At the end they print out your application and mail it to you for you to sign. They guide you every step of the way. The end result was a successful application and a great experience with Simple Citizen.
