The fridge took much longer to be delivered than initially indicated and then the delivery crew refused to take the old fridge, even though we had paid for this service.

Communication was great. The delivery had to be rearranged due to the snow but, I was contacted by phone to arrange a new delivery date.

Great price, delivered on chosen day with secure dpd delivery. TV is lovely.

Bought a Samsung Series 9 tumble dryer.

I must admit that the price was so good i thought it was a scam. However, what arrived was what i wanted and it was not a recondition or pre owned.

Have done two big loads of drying, each took around 3 hours and one needed an extra 20 mins. This length of time is normal for a heat pump dryer i believe and considerably shorter than the airer with dehumidifier solution we were using.

What is currently impressing me most is how quiet this is. I was going to run it in the garage but it turns out the garage would be too cold for the heat exchange and i don't need to. It isn't silent but it is quieter than the washer and the dehumidifier we were using and on normal mode there is just a low frequency background hum. I haven't even tried silent mode yet. The noise is so low I've put it in the spare bedroom over the kitchen.
