Really good customer service, quick and easy to arrange

Very helpful, explained the whole process and took me through all the sections of the Will, explained what each section was for, checked I had understood about making my Will

Joe's was friendly, informative and fully explained everything clearly.

Will was a pleasure to deal with understanding all our needs with no pressure selling will definitely be spreading the word

My experience upto now as been good the sales person Luke who felt with me initially was excellent he delivered what I required in a very professional manner unfortunately when I took the paper work with me to Germany to get my daughter to sign the power or attorney she noticed her name was spelt wrongly I contacted Luke to get this corrected but in the end I had to phone your office to find out that he had left the business the young lady I spoke to kylie felt with my problem in such a good manner this is why I have given you this score other wise it could of been lower because Luke did not deal with the issue
