I cannot recommend Aisha Pell and Kerry Bates enough. They managed to secure a mortgage offer for my very, very tricky case! I'm extremely pleased with their constant professionalism, how communicative they are, and their customer service is the best I've experienced - and trust me, I worked with nearly a dozen lenders trying to get an offer for my difficult, near impossible situation. I can’t recommend Simply Lending highly enough. They got me a mortgage offer quickly and made the whole process stress-free from start to finish.

I first dealt with Lewis, who was absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and gave me confidence right away that I was in good hands.

My case was then handed over to Farrah, and she was outstanding. She was proactive, kept me updated at every stage, chased everything that needed chasing, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her communication was spot on and she genuinely went above and beyond to get things sorted.

Between Lewis and Farrah, the team at Simply Lending made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and professional. If you need a mortgage broker who actually cares and gets results, speak to them.

Jamie Percy and Karen Davey are amazing, understanding, patient and work hard to get you the right product. We have used various brokers in the past and Simply Lending is 100% the best, don’t waste your time with the Tiktok dancing brokers promising everything and delivering nothing. Yes Simply are more expensive than some brokers, but you pay for what you get with Simply Lending and that’s a first class service with the results you expect!

We don’t have the best credit score and were refused else were. I reached out to simple lending and had a good chat with Adrian. We told him everything from the start with not much hope. He was very helpful and confidante he could help. We were then past to Kerry and she was also an amazing help. Hands down the best of the best. I have a very unusual and complex income that most specialist brokers said a flat out ‘no’ to. I eventually came across Simply and worked with Lee who managed against all odds to get me a mortgage offer. His communication was efficient, to the point, and he knew his stuff so that we were able to get what we needed sent through fast. He was always honest, zero BS and appreciated the stress that comes with applying for a mortgage! My case worker Chanelle was also fantastic and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
