I was dreading applying for a mortgage due to DMP but Lewis found one that met all of my needs and the process was very fast once the relevant paperwork was submitted. The interest rate wasn't much higher than the standard one, and I only had to provide x1 months statements for a Pepper Finance mortgage. Lewis and Karen supported me through a very worrying time, and I couldn't have done this without them.

We contacted Simply Lending Solutions as our very last chance to secure our dream family home.

Our circumstances had changed, and when the perfect property came onto the market, we knew we had to do everything we could to make it happen.

Unfortunately, we didn’t find Simply Lending Solutions straight away. We initially used another broker who recommended a lender that simply didn’t understand our circumstances. We were then introduced to our case manager, Kerry Bates, and she was simply amazing.

Kerry was the calm in the middle of what had been a very stressful journey. She genuinely cared about helping us achieve our goal and never made us feel like just another case. She explained every step clearly, made sure our application was presented in the strongest possible way, and was always available to answer questions or provide updates. Her communication was outstanding and she completely took the pressure off us.

Then came the phone call we’d been hoping for…

Even more impressively, the whole process was completed within just one week, including a weekend. After everything we’d been through, it felt almost unbelievable.

We genuinely cannot thank Adrian and Kerry enough. Their professionalism, expertise, dedication and genuine care made all the difference. They didn’t just process an application—they gave our family the opportunity to move into our forever home.

Some people may look at the broker fee and think it’s slightly higher than others, but after our experience I can honestly say they are worth every single penny. The service, support and results speak for themselves.

From first starting with a different company and what completely blanked us and it went on for months, we got referred to aisha Pell and with in the First week or 2 she found us a lender with our poor credit and then the case got handed to farrah mills and the mortgage got approved within 2 days .. so a very fast process indeed and we thank you a lot for that 😊

Who would of thought at 55 im just getting a mortage and couldn't use high street bank due to an ex relationship I reached out to simply got approved easy the process has been so easy from start to nearly the end I have my flat STC just waiting for solicitors to finish there bit and also go with the solicitors simply recommend as they have also been so helpfull simply are the best Thankyou
