Really good quality plants.
The plants were really good quality. The only dilemma I had was DPD, who did not deliver on the first because of roadworks and were not prepared to divert. They arrived the next day - the larger box was battered and the plants had come out of their pots. As you can imagine I was quite angry about this - but I put them back in their pots - gave them a good watering and hopefully they will all survive. I have no complaints at all about the plants or how they were packed - all clearly marked "Live Plants" and well protectedand packaged. I will without doubt order again in the future.

Good customer service
Ordered a buddleja. Arrived in extremely poor condition. Tattered and torn leaves with those that remained diseased. A pretty sickly specimen and certainly not one I'd have picked off the shelf if I'd have been given a choice. Would certainly now think twice before ordering again.
Update. I received an email from my initial complaint the next day and I have subsequently received a much nicer replacement plant (and 2x bottles complimentary plant food from this company). This was good customer service and I'm more than happy with the outcome.

A month or so after planting approx 200…
A month or so after planting approx 200 bare root hedge plants and 1 dead holly and another dead leaves but sprouting from base. Learnt my lesson from last year (10% died) and kept roots moist and planted within 2 days.

First thing I want to say is your never 100% on what the plants will be like when they arrive, and I was over the moon when I inboxed my two plants, very well packaged and looked healthy, could not have asked for better, also the information leaflet on planting my new plants was very welcome, they are now in my front garden, and looking great, thanks for all your help and looking forward to doing business with you again, would 100% recommend simply plants,many thanks James.

Dead Plants
Plants came later than ordered after paying extra for next day. But the majority were dead. No response from call centre after leaving a message and completing online contact form. Hopeless

I have never ordered from Simply Plants before but they were the only supplier with the exact plant I wanted in stock. What's more the plants were available at a very good price.
I was even more impressed with the prompt dispatch and very good quality well developed plants received.
As an added bonus plants were delivered by the ever reliable DPD.

Terrible delivery, plants thrown all over box, out of their pits, and broken.
Very poor quality plants.
Expensive and rubbish.
