I purchased the puppy love pjs as a birthday gift for my sister. Really beautiful, so soft & cozy. Very big fitting so I had to exchange for a smaller size. The returns process was easy and I got the replacement pjs within a few days. All in all a very good online purchase and exchange experience.

I got four pieces from Sinead Keary all together and I’m beyond delighted with every single one of them! I am a boutique lover and what Sinead does is absolutely amazing! The quality is without a doubt outstanding ! It’s hard to find so well made pieces nowadays! Every piece is so unique and glamorous!

Extremely frustrating experience. The company was almost impossible to contact and when I finally received a response, I was simply told I was in the wrong despite having clear evidence that my return was sent within the required timeframe. Although they later acknowledged receipt of the item, they relied on their processing date rather than the documented return date I had already provided by email.

They refused to honour an exchange in line with their own website terms and conditions. Responses felt robotic, with no acknowledgement of their mistake or the inconvenience caused. There was no sense of customer care or accountability throughout the process. Unfortunately, this experience means I will not be shopping with them again.

Quality of their cardigan was very poor.
I bought a Clara cardigan & put it away for Christmas. Since wearing and washing per instructions, it is fraying at the front.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had an issue with a return not being refunded. 27 emails back and forth and 3 weeks later I finally get refunded. I requested my issue be escalated to a manager which was ignored. I also requested a call back as the issue was not being investigated properly.This request was also ignored. A competent person should be assigned to deal with issues rather than just ignoring and trying to fob people off. This has completely put me off shopping this brand as it caused so much stress and frustration to recoup my money!!!

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with my order. I ordered the Aurora jacket and trousers in cream. When the order arrived, the jacket and trousers were two totally different shades of cream and the difference in shade was very obvious- as if they had come from two different batches of fabric. They were quick to reply via Instagram DM and offered that I could exchange the items for a better colour match but I would have had to pay the returns cost myself. Poor considering the items were being returned through no fault of my own! Pity because the quality of both the jacket and trousers seemed excellent. This also happened to my friend so seems to be a common occurrence unfortunately.
