Varning varning !!!
Mycket oseriöst företag. Skickade inkasso från Tyskland på nästan 4.500kr och nu vet jag inte vad jag ska göra för att få bort detta. Pratade med kronofogden och dom sa att det lät oseriöst. Bestrid fakturan sa dom och det har jag gjort flera gånger nu , men dom fortsätter att skick mejl på summan som ska betalas. Va gör man?!?

When I subscribed the price was different but then they debited almost R2000 from what the advertised. I didn't use the app much...after 3 months they deducted another R1700. So they lied about the subscription amount. So now they want to collect their debt. This app is fake...so please don't subscribe to the Singles50..

I am extremely disappointed and angered by my experience with Singles50. I subscribed to a three-month plan, yet after only one month, the company attempted to debit my account for three times the original subscription amount.

At no point during sign-up was there any clear disclosure of an automatic renewal — especially not at such an exorbitant rate. Once subscribed, it becomes evident that the platform is deliberately designed to conceal subscription details. You cannot view, manage, or cancel your subscription from your profile.

The service itself is misleading. You are enticed into believing that a paid subscription will unlock meaningful features, only to discover there is virtually no improvement compared to the free version. The app is poorly built, unreliable, and offers little to no real value.

What’s worse, Singles50 traps users by making cancellation impossible. You are told to email support to unsubscribe — yet no one responds while the company continues attempting to withdraw large, unauthorized amounts from your account.

This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and borders on fraudulent. I demand immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full explanation for these deceptive practices.

They charging my card with no authorisation no way on their website websites that I can delete or cancel my membership I have emailed so many times and no explanation. Not clear the sign up is ongoing not clear how to cancel or delete very sneaky to get money

Instead of simply closing an account if the subscription hasn't been paid, they threaten with collection services. Seriously? Just close the account if the subscriber is not interested to use your service any more and let them be!

DO NOT USE this app!! Scammers

For those who have been scammed with the cancelation process, report them to the ACCC! Also consider a class action against the firm, what they are doing is wrong!

Hvis man gerne vil se, hvad man får for pengene, og går videre kommer man direkte videre til betaling.
Heller ikke her, er står det klart og tydeligt, at det er OM UGEN, de opkræver. MEN hvis du scroller ned og læser det, med meget småt, kan du læse dig til det. Eller nærmere: du skal regne dig frem til det.
Helt ubeskriveligt dårlig stil.
Når det så er sagt, ville sådanne priser skabe forventning om en lækker hjemmeside, der var nem og lettilgængelig.
Kan I gætte, hvor jeg vil hen?

Som tilhørende aldersgruppen 50÷ bliver jeg sendt direkte tilbage til min ungdom, hvor IT var spændende og nyt, og der kunne man måske acceptere så ubehjælpelig en platform
Men seriøst??? Det er som om, der ikke er sket NOGEN udvikling de sidste 30 år.
Der står desværre lettjente penge over det hele!

Total svindel, hold jer væk, umulig at komme ud af igen. Selvom man opsiger i tide, trækker de bare beløbet fra din konto. Derfor også meget få bruger på siden.

I subscribed on this site for a month and on the day the month expired I gave notice to cancel subscription. Needless to say they so blinded by their T&C's, I can't cancel as it's due for automatic renewal and j didn't gave notice in advance. Their customer service are not user-friendly at all and don't understand that I want to cancel due to unsatisfied and secondly the subscription trippeld.
The people they match you with are really not what I expected it goes further than same interests.
I just want my subscription canceled. Can that be so hard if I am not satisfied.

In response to the comment of Lee. I already requested cancelation via the method mentioned by you. I want to cancel please I am not interested anymore.

Thank you, yes there is a customer service agent attending to it however we are not making any progress. Maybe it should be escalated to someone that can finalize it.

I give a 1 because I can’t give 0. I have sent a cancelling email as the cancellation form was asking for private information that they didn’t need to know. They keep on sending email asking for the payment when I have been trying to cancel for a month.
They stopped bothering after a while. 6 months down the track, I received an email from a debt collector with an exorbitant bills.
You are a really poor company. You make it impossible to cancel. You are asking for personal information. You are only after the money. This site is a scam.

Expérience décevante et traitement inhumain

J’ai été extrêmement déçue par la façon dont Coup de Foudre 50+ gère les rétractations.
Après avoir demandé à résilier mon abonnement, j’ai perdu immédiatement l’accès à ma messagerie, sans possibilité de prévenir les contacts avec lesquels j’échangeais. Résultat : une personne s’est déplacée à un rendez-vous sans que je puisse l’en informer.

Quand j’ai écrit au service client pour leur expliquer, j’ai reçu une réponse automatisée, froide et rigide, sans aucune proposition de solution, ni geste de courtoisie.
Aucune compassion, aucun sens du respect humain.
Tout est traité comme un simple “contrat” sans aucune attention portée à la réalité des interactions humaines.

Je déconseille cette plateforme à toute personne qui cherche un minimum de bienveillance ou un service client réellement à l’écoute.

I mai mnd. 2025 fikk jeg brev i postkassen. Inkassokrav på ca. 700 euro.
Et og et halvt år etter at jeg sa opp medlemskapet!
Ikke hørt et ord/mail fra singles50 før dette skjedde. I og med deres elendige rykte i forhold til svindelforsøk, tok jeg det for det er...SVINDEL! Fikk nytt brev fra inkasso selskapet 9/7, som syntes jeg hadde fått lang nok tid til å betale. Maken til frekkhet. STYR UNNA!!
