Se upp med detta företag säger jag bara. Går knappt att avsluta sitt konto. Har försökt att avsluta nu i en vecka med deras kundtjänst Jag valde en månad men den drog dom för en månad till utan att jag sagt att jag vill de. Som sagt se upp!!

Enormément de faux profils, recherche impossible mis a part les profils proposés, les personnes en ligne ne le sont pas ou inversement, pas fiable et trop chère par rapport aux services offerts...

Skulle betale 179kr. Det blev hævet gange 4, og det siger de de gør igen. Svindel og tyveri.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of the criticism that other ex members mentioned. Especially, regarding cancellation of the premium membership.
The company’s contract (Article 4#2 or Art.8#4 dealing with this issue) clearly states that the cancellation can be sent, beside two other ways, by email to the customer service
This I did on February 23rd. 9 days before the due date of my renewal. In spite of my request no confirmation was received. Only upon my 2nd cancellation sent to the same address on February 26th was I told that apparently the cancellation cannot be sent by email !? and I have to send it by form or by email to the address at the bottom of the page. This email was identical to the email address I used! Moreover, I couldn't find the form on the page indicated. In my third email cancellation I pointed out that negation of my cancellation contradicts the contract and requested explanation. After this, on March 3rd. Singles50 ignoring my 3 preceding attempts to cancel and my request for explanation sent me a reference to their website with the form, however, this was on the last day of the paid for term and though I responded immediately it was considered ‘late’ as on March 4th I received a response that my request was acknowledged but I still need to pay for another term. This was, I believe, the intention of the company from the beginning.
Since I consider this type of treatment not only unfair but actually unlawful I am contacting my lawyer and am ready to go the court. Let's see whether this company (with its headquarters in Luxemberg, Luxembourg citizens cannot use its services! I wonder why?) is able to justify it's conduct in the impartial court of law and should they not I'll publicize this as a warning to other potential customers. Petr Baron
P.S. After this review the company has cancelled my membership without any further payments. This is the good news, however, it's sad that one has to use these methods to reach a resolution.

Singles50 is a scamming subscription trap that offers a lot and only delivers a bill. I've used a few dating apps and this is by far the worst and most dishonest. Singles50
* have an unusually high number of bogus/ghost profiles
* suck you in by falsely claiming many members that meet your criteria before you sign up
* provide no regular communication or outreach
* do not send a reminder of subscription renewal before helping themselves to your account
* and most sneakily their cancellation process is difficult, underhanded and borders on a scam. They bury the cancellation form in their website hoping no one will find it so if you're like me and choose to ignore the reviews and still sign up I'm sure you're going to be needing this soon.....just replace the

Har avsluttet medlemskapet på e-post i august 2024. Men de forlengte medlemskspet likevel og krever betaling for 6 mnd. Truer med inkasso. De svaret ikke på e-poster. Kundeservice virker ikke, det er en bot. Styr unna. De er svindlere!!!!

Had a trial- premium membership but not a good website. Did not realize I had to write and officially cancel membership and was continually billed without my knowledge- reminders put in spam by gmail. Now a letter from a law firm, with outrageous fees that I need pay. A website that promises much, gives very little in the way of potential partner contacts. And incredibly underhanded marketing.Once you try membership, you get caught in their net.

A fuir UNE fois inscrit ils ne tiennent pas compte de votre résiliation et vous mettent en recouvrement si vous ne continuez pas votre abonnement .
Moi qui avait miser sut le sérieux et la rigueur des entreprises suisses je suis extrémement déçu .

Disgusting criminal scammers. They are hounding and threatening my friend for money after making it virtually impossible to effectively cancel membership, and I can see this is their regular modus operandi. They should be shut down! Gangsters!

Ils n'ont pas pris en compte ma demande de résiliation qui était dans les délais. Il a fallu trois mails pour avoir un retour et donc me mettre hors délais . Résultats, mise en demeure de payer un abonnement encore plus cher qu'à l'origine et aucune reconnaissance de leur stratégie arnaqueuse. Honteux!!!!!!

Jeg meldte mig desværre ind inden at tjekkede trust pilot ud, men har heldigvis ikke købt noget abonnement eller oplyst konto nummer. Så jeg håber at det trods alt er heldigt før jeg læste anmeldelser her på trust pilot 🤨

Har försökt att säga upp mitt premium- medlemskap flera gånger. Det händer ingenting. Betalade 697:- först och försökte bekanta mig med sajten. Ingenting är på riktigt. De meddelanden man får är automatiska, inte skrivna av riktiga personer. Jag började ana ugglor i mossen och medan jag försökte att gå ur så hade ytterligare 999:- dragits från mitt konto. Såhär kommer det att fortsätta. Hur kan detta blufföretag få finnas kvar? Jag är arg, ledsen och orolig.

Ne jamais s'abonner à ce site, une fois abonné pas moyen de résilier malgré de multiples essais ils vous débitent votre compte sans raisons. Ce sont ni plus ni moins de gros arnaqueurs. A fouir absolument!!!!

Vilket oseriöst företag som utnyttjar äldre! Min far var med något år och det var kring 2020 sedan sade han upp prenumerationen. Nu oktober 2024 får han en betalningspåminnelse för en 6-månadersprenumeration med hot om inkasso🤬Alltså, de försöker att lura min gamle far! Nu är dem polisanmälda och vi hoppas att företaget en dag försvinner för gott!
