I ordered some wool but after three weeks there was no sign of it. E mailed asking for an update...no response. Waited three days and e mailed again. No response. E mailed again. No response. E mailed demanding a refund. Next day got a reply saying my refund was processed and I would have my money within five days. No apology. No explanation. Terrible service. Will never order from them again.

My other half made a cardigan using a sirdar design and sirdar yarn. She is an excellent knitter and have made far more complicated designs. The sirdar design need not work. When she contacted the company with detail photos they insisted she send them the actual item even though they admitted from the photo she had not made any mistakes following the design. Sirdar sent a prepaid label and after long queues at the post office she sent them the item. A month later the post office sent it back to us because no one from sirdar had collected the parcel. Can't be bothered to send again. Won't use this company again.

Please save yourself a headache and don’t order from Sirdar. Zero is a better rating for them. Ordered some yarn and saw a mistake on the address that wouldn’t have prevented it from getting it. Contacted them to change since they were taking days to ship it out anyway, they just shipped it and got back to k my afterwards. I tracked it, but it never arrived to my unit. Emailed them and they were quick to respond and even said they’d ship a replacement, but they haven’t. They’re no longer responding to emails. Now I’m out of $30 and the baby won’t have its blanket it seems.

Placed my first order with this company a month ago. Have chased it three times and now they say one of the items I ordered is out of stock. Did I want the remainder of the order sent? They would not send until I replied. They did not even have the good grace to apologise for not replying g to previous emails or for not keeping me informed. My first order and my last

Ordered waiting 10 days and when questioned where my order was said that a part of it was unavailable. Would have been nice to be have been warned in advance. Customer service agent was quick hence not one star.

Found big mistake on a pattern today, contacted Company and they recognise that mistakes do happen and were sorry for the inconvenience caused. Patterns are not cheap and there was no offer of compensation of pattern. Very poor customer service so I will now shop elsewhere. Be cautious when buying Patterns from these people!

I ordered a digital download pattern and haven’t received it. I’ve contacted the company twice and had email responses stating someone will get back to me, great but I’d rather have my download link. Poor show, poor customer services

I bought pattern no. 5210 and yarn suggested. It is knitting up nothing like the pattern and customer services were useless suggesting I send them the knitting and all balls of yarn I had bought back to them then quality control would look at it. Also advising this could take weeks or perhaps longer.

I contacted Sirdar to find a pattern. They sent it to me immediately fantastic customer service.Would recommend them highly.
