I had a great experience with this business. Most up to date machines in stock at lowest advertised price. Service was prompt and professional, and machine showed up fast despite opting for free shipping option. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

No customer support
Customer support is nonexistent by email. Purchased a CPAP a week ago, I have sent 3 emails over 4 days ago to question an extra part, but no one bothers to reply. After I dug deeper into contacting Sistemma, I came across a chat page, only then I was able to get support on my Query. So don't bother emailing Sistemma if you want any support, maybe they don't have stuff. I haven't received the CPAP yet to comment on it. I was just told I selected the cheapest shipping option and could take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive to Australia. Paying US$87.50 Priority Mail to ship to Melbourne isn't cheap, it's very costly considering the exchange rate, at that price I expect it delivered within 7days, not 3 to 4 weeks. I just googled UPSP Shipping cost to Australia and it states $33 for Priority Mail.

Claude, you must be forgotten that we have discussed the heated hose in the chat! Remeber, I told you that you do not need to buy an extra heated hose as your machine comes with one?
As to shipping, you have chosen the slowest one - by USPS Priority mail. It can take 2 or even 3 weeks to get your order delivered to Australia. The shipping cost is automatically Al luster by the software based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
As to emails, we were closed on weekend. Sorry
