Even though the product was sold out, when it was restocked I was offered it via email. I am grateful to have my order filled before the holidays!

Did not receive the item. Your colleague Steven Mahoney did not offer any help, other than asking me to track contact USPS.

Having dealt with Steven for a few years I know that I can rely on him for a good and fair deal.
My only complaint is the current exchange rate from Australian to U.S. dollars, which you cannot control.

The home page shows a CPAP mask. Below that mask it says "MONEY BACK 100%". I am assuming that a large part of your business is selling masks and replaceable items. I would not be surprised if that accounted for the majority of your sales. So that being the case, why show pictures of these items next to your "MONEY BACK 100%" policy if that policy does not apply to those items? This seems to be there to mislead rather than inform.

Ordered online no problem. Shipping charge is high and had to pay customer broker as well as exchange??

I will give out star4s but I am not going to write a dissertation.

This business deserves 10 stars. The response was immediate, knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. Highly recommend if you need anything CPAP and do not have insurance.

I ordered my CPAP and it came very quickly. Steven was very helpful and now I'm finally sleeping :)

We are regular customers. They have a reliable inventory and provide quick and friendly service. Twice they have called to make sure shipping arrangements were right when usps couldn’t find the address in the system. Extra steps like that give us peace about having a long term reliable supplier for replacement parts.

This website has the best pricing of all websites. I don’t know how they do it. But you will have to be patient to wait for them to get them in stock

Site Navigation could be a little more user friendly. Also, would be nice if I could add part of recent orders into a new order instead of reorder a whole order.
