Ski Butlers delivers ski and snowboard rentals as well as accessories directly to our guests accommodations, offers full on-mountain support throughout their rental and picks everything up on their final day of skiing. We have used ski butlers in many cities and have always had great service. Clayton (Big Sky) was great! He made renting skis and helmets a breeze. We were ready to hit the mountain in no time.

Awesome service and equipment. Thanks for making our vacation such a success! The convenience of Ski Butlers made getting on and off the mountain each day so easy. The guys were very helpful to us and accommodated all of our needs.

Ski Butlers did not live up to the advertised level of service
Ski Butlers up on time to drop skis off. They were very friendly and accommodating with the fitting process. However, they did not bring the type of skis requested. We made arrangements for ski delivery the following morning which did occur, but once again the type of skis requested were not delivered. Over the next 2 days, arrangements were made each day for the originally requested type of ski to be delivered but they were not able to deliver the requested skis.
Our trip was still great and the equipment we rented was more than adequate but the level of service was below what was advertised and and therefore what we expected.
I do not think we would use Ski Butler again.
