The scheduling is a breeze. The fitting and equipment drop-off at my room was on time, quick, and Devon was very professional. My only concern, and it may have my misunderstanding, was the equipment pick up process did not occur as I thought it would, with my equipment sitting in the hall all night. I had placed it in the hall on time for the pick up window I was provided by email. However, I may have misunderstood where the equipment was to be placed. Regardless, when I contacted Devon the morning of my departure, he immediately said he would take care of everything and put my mind at ease.

Had the best experience with Ski Butlers in Park City! They were there within 15 minutes when I called to switch out my gear, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Austin provided us with great service and made our ski rental an exceptional experience.

It really is a great service. My binding did break when I was on Vail Mountain, but I rented at Breckenridge. They were going to bring me new skis to Vail or I was given the option to rent at Vail and they would deduct that day.
I chose renting at Vail because it would save me 20-30 minutes and I wanted to get back out there.
Do check inside your boots, as they forgot to put in my insole —but brought it to me When they swapped out the broken skis.

Great experience. Everyone super friendly and very helpful. Kaylin was the young lady that outfitted us. She was very thorough to make sure our equipment fit perfectly and got us on the slopes quickly. Our plans changed and they were accommodating throughout. No worries with ski butler.

Kaylin was amazing. She showed up when she said she would and did a great job fitting everyone in our group. She even gave us some tip of places to visit while we were in Breckenridge. Everything from booking to returning our rentals was made as easy as it could be. 10/10 would recommend

Quick and easy experience for us. The friendly staff fit my daughter for her skis and boots, the price was reasonable, and it was great to not worry about having to drop the equipment off when we were done using it. Two thumbs up!

Very practical service!
We were on vacation in the US for two weeks. As we were near Squaw Valley, we decided to go snowboarding for two days. Our hotel suggested that we rent the snowboard and boots from Skibutlers as they deliver the boards and boots directly to the hotel room.
We were very curious whether the delivery would work out. And it did! The guy who delivered the boards was very friendly and the boards and boots were completely fine. Since the boards were also picked up again in front of the hotel room, we didn't have to worry about anything. Great service!
