Why can’t I pay in Pounds? I’m Australian not American.
I like the product so far, yet objected to the fact I was charged in US dollars when shipping to Australia. The US vs Australian exchange rate is one of the worst for us so I’d like to know why I couldn’t pay in pounds. It just seems like a way for your organisation to make more money.

Delivery time - took 3 weeks to arrive. Was not shipped until 2 weeks after order was placed. Delayed response to my query as to why. No apology. Not happy. After such great initial service this is disappointing and has me wondering whether to order via SpaceNK who do a great job every time on International delivery and comms.

Great Product
I saw the product launch on Instagram and was convinced enough to buy the serum, retinol and moisturiser. I haven’t used the products long enough to see results but they are lovely products to use and do not cause my skin to react. Even sensitive skin brands can irritate my skin, but was pleasantly shocked that none of these new products irritated my skin. The only thing that has made me give 4 stars is the packaging. The jar/pumps are quite heavy and bulky for the quantity inside. I would personally prefer the packaging size reduced for environmental reasons.

Prompt shipment and beautifully packaged. Love the purple and the ability to reuse the lovely bottle by purchasing refills in future. I couldn’t wait to finish my previous retinoid to try Skin Rocks. Disillusioned and Let Down.
My wife is an avid fan of Caroline and is alway looking at her FREAKS site so I had no hesitation to order the new kit on the 11th April for her birthday. We went away to celebrate expecting to be able to surprise my wife with her gift. When we came back, no parcel from Skin Rocks has been delivered but the £185.00 has been taken out of my account.
I have contacted the site with no response.

I bought the retinoid 1…great packaging, delivery was extremely quick & the product was easy to use / had useful instructions. I specifically loved the amount of product size you should use on the top of the lid - why has no-one thought of this before?
