I can't wait to use my fleece duver cover. So soft I also bought one as a gift because i know my cousin would love it.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago,order hasn't arrived,still in dispute with sleepdown..Numerous emails later still nothing sorted..Not happy..

Sleepdown has been rendering good services to VFCP.

I ordered two duvet sets from Sleepdown but due to some mix up they only set me one. I contacted their customer service team to inform them of their error, but after the initial reply, asking for a photo of the missing item, I have not received any other communication from them despite emailing them twice. I wanted to use a smaller retailer instead of Amazon but will in future go back to buying from larger, more reputable, stores. I have since opened a dispute case via PayPal to recover my money.

Very poor quality ... the fabric is coarse and so thin that you can see through it. Stitching on one of the pillow cases was faulty so the set was returned. It also took a long time to arrive

Absolutely dreadful customer service. One item received, one item not sent. It took numerous emails to get a refund from them which finally came through when I said I would be taking the matter further.

Quality of the goods and delivery is fine as they use Yodel who communicate well. It's the returns that are the issue. They need to improve the process and communication. Currently you have to email them for a returns label after searching their site for the email address and then you hear nothing. Having returned the goods 10 ten days ago, I've no idea if they have been received or how long I have to wait for a refund.

The whole transaction went through smoothly. The duvet cover and pillowcases seem of good quality and although a bit paler than I had hoped look well on the bed.

Product is good quality, very comfortable and was an excellent price. Delivery was quick and well informed. Would happily buy from them again.

This was easy to order and delivery very quick. Duvet set looks great and good quality for price.

Good communication via email. Website easy to navigate. Parcel arrived by Yodel, intact and hidden from view. Very satisfied.

Quality and finish not great. But I believe you get what you pay for it was a reasonable price. It was a quick delivery.

Absolute rubbish bed set , very poor quality.

Ordered a duvet cover when it came it was faulty and the quality of the material poor. I contacted sleepdown seven times by email and they have yet to reply. I contacted my bank and opened a dispute, they have refunded my money back into my account. Beware of this company
