Products are appalling quality washed the duvet set to put on bed for the first time and the stitching is all coming undone. When I contacted the customer service department and sent pictures as well to show the issue . I got an email back saying to return anitem it had to be in original packing how can this be so if the product is faulty. Will be taking this matter further as the products are not fit for purpose.

Im very unhappy with the service. I haven't received my order but they've taken the money out if my account!!!
I cant find any phone number to speak to someone about the problem and no one has replied to the email sent to their customer services address.

The product was received and no problem with quality or delivery time. However it was too small. I sent email to customer services- no reply- sent follow up - no reply. I wanted either a larger quilt or agreement to return product. No other way to contact them as no telephone number on paperwork or website. Very disappointed with lack of service.

Should of read the reviews but bought from wowcher.
Disgrace of a company blanket never turned up and they don't respond.
This was a Xmas present 2021 and in 2022 you carnt get hold of them they say its been delivered yet its not my house and carnt ever recognise in the street.
But they are terrible to talk to email after email getting no where even with wowcher terrible company.

Awful service, nearly 4 weeks and still not received order. No communication from company until I sent 3-4 emails and then generic ones by reply.

Would not recommend ordering from this company.

Should have trusted the other reviews - I ordered a double duvet as I liked the design and colour and was prepared to give them a try and hope for the best. Problems encoutered......no confirmation of orders are provided, you have to create an account to check if it had been dispatched. There is zero customer communications. Days passed and nothing, by day 7 I'd given up and decided to write it off as a loss and then finally on day 10 the duvet arrived. Was happy to receive the order but then I opened it - I have never seen such shoddy, poor quality material. One pillow case was a write off and couldn't be saved, there was no stitching down one side and it had a hole in it. The material is substandard and I'm expecting it to fall apart when I wash it. If it doesn't I'll consider this a miracle. I'm not even going to attempt for a refund as based on the reviews I'd be out of pocket paying for postage to send it back and then waiting for years to get my money back. I don't mind slightly longer delivery times if the product is of decent quality, but this is no were near. It's a shame as the design is lovely but let down by the material which also impacts on the colour quality. I'm sorry to say it but I do not recommend Sleepdown - go somewhere else were you can get decent quality at the same price.
