I found the perfect bedspread and if I signed up for the newsletter i got 10% off. The email never arrived but I found a 10% off elsewhere.
I placed an order but again, no email.
Not hearing anything and my email to them hadn't resulted in a reply I did a Google search for the telephone number.
I need up with someone in accounts who was really helpful and copied me into an email to the right team. A few minutes later they emailed back to say the item was out of stock so i would get a refund.
Amazon had it but dearer, i wanted it so ordered it from there. It came, I liked it although it was a bit thin.
Then a second one arrived! It appeared that they hadn't refunded it.
I have tried to contact them but I'm getting nowhere. I've not had a response from my email 10 days ago yet! It's not in my spam
I don't have the money for 2!
I emailed the team who were helpful and the replied wrong team.
So just before Xmas I'm out of pocket and unable to get in touch with them!

Poor customer service, despite several E mails to ask where my order is. Had no order confirmation via E mail. Still not received order

After 14 emails and one telephone call (I hade to be a detective to find the number as ther isn't one one the site ) I finally received my supposed duck egg blue cover only to discover it looks like a customer had washed it the colour run out and the customer had sent it back then the company have resold it to me its such poor quality no colour left in it and all bobbled with pom pom missing I have emailed the company and enclosed photographsI am waiting a reply.

The delivery was very quick but there was no information from your company, not even an acknowledgement of the order. A simple email would have meant 5 stars.

0 stars. I have returned an item due to false information on the site on bed sheet material. I have never received my refund and this is over a month ago. I have emailed the customer service team twice and no response. STAY CLEAR guys. Dodgy as anything.

I initially ordered the bedding through Amazon which let me down with a no-show delivery. I then decided to contact Sleepdown directly via their customer service email. I got an immediate and very helpful response. I then decided to check out Sleepdown's own website which showed it was in stock and 30% cheaper (not a Black Friday discount deal either). I am extremely pleased with the company's service and would 100% recommend ordering from them directly.

Never received anything no response to emails

I’m Very happy with my purchase of cushions to match my curtains which were bought from Amazon (cushions were not available at Amazon). They are all great and made a huge difference to my lounge. Will definitely shop here again

Lovely quality and design. Delivered quickly and free delivery too. Excellent!

Quick delivery. Quilt cover is nice, lovely colour. No emails giving updates including an order acknowledgement email which I expected. Had to keep checking on website to make sure order gone through. Only complaint.

Both single and double duvet set were long. I had to cut them down. If they were correct size i would of gave it better rating

Arrived very quickly and was exactly as advertised. Just the thing now the days are getting colder and the cost of heating is rising!

I’ve tried several times to get a returns label. One isn’t included with the parcel? Directions are to email customer services for a returns label. I have done this twice, no response. 7days is the apparent return timeline. Difficult to hit this if no return label forthcoming.
I’m beginning to think it’s all a plan to deter / make difficult any returns.
Think before ordering.
