Absolute game changer
These eye masks are super comfy and block ALL light out! Literally everything! For someone who suffers from insomnia I have finally managed to get some decent sleep! Will be buying more so as to never not be without one!

I have had a few smug eye masks in the past I think the raised area for the eyes is perfect for eye movement in the sleep and protecting eye lashes!
I found the Smug on line site quite easy to use my order was delivered promptly!
The design has changed since my last ones used it had a running machine stitch around the outside edge taking me a few sleeps to get used to!
The elastic and Velcro stap have remained the same which I’m glad about (encased elastic in a fabric are useless too tight for months then baggy)
I went in on an order for buy one get one free so I must of done something/read instructions wrong as only received the one! My fault not Smug!

I wish I had found these ages ago, I have slept so well since receiving my order and the buy one get one free make it a real bargain. My son is using the other one and he is also sleeping better on these light mornings. They were here within a few days.

Disappointed with new construction
I really loved the sleep mask I bought a few years ago. It was starting to fall apart so I ordered a new one. It is so uncomfortable. The edges have been stitched and then possibly heat sealed in some way? So they feel hard and scratchy. The mask itself feels more bulky and I just couldn't get comfortable wearing it.

Great customer service
I’ve been using the SMUG products for long time and recently purchased a SMUG product as a gift for a friend. The order has been delivered on time. Smug is a nice company to deal with and my eye mask is lovely and soft. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it is flat against the eyes and squashes my eyelashes.
