SMART PA is set up to succeed by offering different capabilities to meet the client's needs. I have appreciated this about their approach, and whilst it has not been entirely smooth sailing in the set up process, overall I am pleased to recommend their services.

SmartPA keeps on top of our busy inbox, manages our back end administration, and assists with social media tasks. As a growing charity, they take the pressure off our small team giving us the confidence that day-to-day operations are always taken care of.

Kate has been taking care of my social media for the last few months and is doing a great job. I deliver the rough material and she creates the posts. Pictures, hashtags, videos and anything else she considers appropriate. It allows me to have a continuous and consistent presence without pressure. Kate is easy to work with and very reliable. I Decided to get Smart PA in June 2020, i was struggeling so much trying to keep up with all tasks that i needed to and getting anyvtime for myself. I'd recommend Charlie Tessloff as a Virtual PA, she keeps me organised and on top of my appointments so I can focus on the important stuff. She has a diligent approach and great customer service which is appreciated by my own clients whom she deals with.

Hiring Laura Elliott as my SmartPA has been a game changer. I run a very busy Podiatry Practice which generates a lot of paperwork. Laura now handles this remotely and effortlessly leaving me to concentrate on the clinical side of the business. I know patient confidentiality is safe in her hands.
She handles my website and social media and this has generated more customers with the features she has added to my website particularly!

Lisa worked as my virtual assistant and I found her to be professional, intelligent and discreet. She has a keen attention to detail and always tackled whatever tasks and projects that I set her with both enthusiasm and efficiency. She is proactive when required and happy to work independently.

She is an excellent diary manager and also helped to prepare our quarterly VAT returns and bank reconciliations using Receipt Bank and Xero.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending LIsa and would like to wish her every success with future assignments.

With the input from Lisa Woolnough of SmartPA our business is now far more organised. The main difference to us has been the work Lisa has put into, on a regular basis, of posting on our social media forums and updating our website with blog articles. This has led to a massive increase in enquiries via Google and a doubling of our turnover for this year. Lisa is now working on our CRM system and has already made a number of valuable suggestions.

I recently asked her to walk me through a complex mail merge which she managed with humour and patience.
