Good service. Was quoted very low then the price went up according to the dispatchers and/or drivers but still the rep got me the best price, the fastest service and worked with me on terms based on trust. I would highly recommend.

My car got shipped I paid 500$ instead of the auto Sherpa which was 1000$ comparatively. They will try to raise the price two times once after you pay deposit and then upon car delivery but stand your ground. Overall I’m satisfied with the price that’s about it.

I was shipping short notice out of hawaii and Neil jumped through all the hoops to make sure my car got to me.
They always kept me updated and were quick to respond.

I would give Smart Carship zero stars if this forum allowed it. This was the single worst customer service experience of my entire life. Their staff Zara and Alex misrepresented everything about my car pickup. They continued to try to change the terms of my contract. They doubled the coat of the car transport at the time of pickup, and tried to change the terms of the deal after they had my car in their possession. I would warn anyone thinking of using them to run the other way as fast as you can. I would call them criminals, but that is probably too nice.

I finally got the right company after calling Road Runner for a week leaving messages with no return call back. then 2nd company Trust Line carriers wanted to charge me double what they quoted in a contract. When I refused, they made me wait 7 days for my money back. then Brian Stevens from Smart Car ShipLLC got on the ball to get things moving along in a kindly manner. After weeks my car was delivered in days. He stayed in contect every step f the was even after delivery to make sure things went smoothly.
