Absolute scam.

They will tell you anything to get your deposit then jack up the price.

I provided exact addresses and an open time window for a car delivery - they gave me a HARD PRICE, in writing, which we agreed upon. I gave a deposit.

On the day before delivery, they send driver contact and a payment link for literally 3x what was agreed upon. When I tried to decline, they said I was not able to cancel and my deposit would not be refunded. They then said they were charging me an extra $200 for late cancellation (but they never gave me the info until they day before).

Absolute SCAM!!

Seriously, I was quoted $585 in writing from their team, then they told me the price was $1,875. Route from Miami FL, to Long Island NY.

DO NOT USE THEM - YOU CAN LITERALLY FIND ALL OF THEIR CONTACTS ON USHIP OR OTHER SITES.

I wrote a review before taking delivery of my motorcycle. These people ended up being a con. First gave me a low ball # then came back with an insane high number. But then we came to a settlement of $450. Bike was picked up, about 20 min from delivery I'm texted they want $50 more or I couldn't have my bike. Bait and switch, lie and keep your stuff hostage. Stay away.

Their previous Agent, Crystal, gave me a quote to ship my car, and the quote was too good to be true. They were quick to take a $200 deposit from me, just to get me caged in. Unknown to me that it was a trap, I fell for the “cheap” quote, and my car was left for several weeks at the dealership not picked up because no driver was willing to do the job for the quote given to me. Jessica Parker, the newly assigned Agent went extra mile to resolve the matter. Although I eventually paid more than the initial quote given, Jessica ensured that my frustration was addressed, and also worked with her Manager and with a driver to ensure we agree at a minimal charge. I eventually paid double the initial quote given to me, but it could have been worse.

The quote came to me from the agent by telephone, text and email. Every question was answered. Agent was always available. Very hard working individual providing hard charging personal care.

Ken Anderson was great. He gave me a prompt response to my inquiry. Although it ended up we just sold the car so did not need his services. In the future I will use Smart Carship if the need arises.

I told a price for the transportation of my vehicle and was also told, the price wouldn't go any higher. Once my vehicle was picked up, I was called with at significant increase in the price. If you're looking for vehicle transporting, I definitely would not go through them.

On May 21St 2025 we signed a contract with Smart Carship to transport my wife’s car and my boat from California to Mississippi for $1350. The day they were supposed to get picked up they called and said they couldn’t do it for that price and wanted an additional $2 per mile x 2000 miles to haul the boat. I refused to pay and they said the driver that they had arranged to haul the boat and car wasn’t available again until July 20th. I called them on the 18th to confirm and they said someone would call me on the 21st. I had to call them and leave messages three times on the 21st and when they finally called me back the dispatcher told me that a driver would be at my house to pick up the car only for an additional $1000 charge. I once again refused to pay extra and the dispatcher Adam promised they would pick up the car and the boat on the 24th. Thursday the 24th I started calling and leaving messages around noon and a dispatcher name Nick finally called me back and said once again that they were sending a driver to pick up the car only and that it was going to cost an additional $1000. I had enough and canceled the contract and asked for my $300 deposit back and they refused. They also told me that they were going to charge my credit card an additional $200 for cancellation fee. I immediately called my credit card company and filed a dispute on the charges and had to cancel the card to keep them from continuing to charge additional fees. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not use this company, they are a broker and they will lowball you on the quote and then the day of service try to increase the amount.

I had a great experience with S-Mart Carship. The broker was very kind throughout the process and always available to answer my questions. They quickly assigned me a car to transport without any complications. You can tell they truly care about providing good service. Highly recommended!

Was told $450 ,add for inoperable to $525, then $600 with $125 deposit then $1400!!! Down to$1250,and $125 more! Deposit again. First day driver no show no call !!! 2nd day no show no call!!! Costing ME $100x3 a day for my shipper waiting on them total $1550 !!!!could have had it done for$1125 to start with up front !!!!!and no bullshit!!!
