Smith’s!! That’s the way to do it!!!
The customer service was second to none. Firstly I started buying products from EBay’s partners who are mostly very expensive.
So not only do I get better prices and a first rate customer services I’ve got professionals like Jane making sure I get the right product at the right time. It’s good “Smiles all round “.

Savings and quality.
I own a very small, one person business and have been buying packaging every 2/3 mnths for several yrs. I dont buy in enough bulk to be able to make big savings, but I did a price comparison with these guys out of interest, thinking they couldnt compare with the behemoth that is 'Kite'. Including a lower postage rate, Smiths came out £9 cheaper for exact same order... 'small parcel' boxes, tape and boarded envelopes. I expected lower quality. Wrong again. Flat packed boxes came 'boxed' instead of cling- film wrapped (at least 3 or 4 are always invariably damaged in transit). As soon as I began to tape up the first box, I noticed the weight was slightly heavier (doesnt affect postage cat) AND they look and feel much more substantial and therefore have a better chance of surviving the courier service in Xmas mayhem. Smiths were also able to match on next day delivery. Extremely satisfied customer.
