we have always had good service from Smithpackaging. This time there was a slight hiatus, but was dealt with professionally and quickly.

I received my order after the 30 days…
I received my order after the 30 days that take too long. It's supposed to be coming three or four days so that takes longer or longer and I'm not happy with that and my oorder have canceled. Because of no box to packing.

Worst company ever. Don't use for house move
Worst company ever. Ordered 50 removal boxes for my house move via amazon. A mere £135. Didn't arrive, no one has any idea where they are. Smith do not answer the phone AT ALL and I've tried lots of times. Smith do not answer their Live Chat AT ALL and I've tried lots of times. You may get some vague reply by email but they'll tell you they won't help as the order was placed through amazon!! They use Evri which as we all know is the worst delivery company on the planet. Currently none of amazon or Evri or Smith has the remotest idea where my boxes are or when/if they'll be delivered although they're happy to keep my £135. Shocking.

Product is fine,
Product is fine,
Everything else is a shambles. If you’re out of stock of a product. Take it off the website, don’t allow customers to make multiple orders to be told that you’re out of stock and miss the same day dispatch. Utter mess of a website which makes the experience hellish. It’s annoying as the products I have received are actually good.
