After receiving my LG tv found that would not turn on. Contacted smiths who arranged collection. After which we were informed that we cannot have replacements until you receive it, but on my tracker it says it's in a warehouse. So After a week still no tv! So happy have wasted 2k, for nowt!!!!!!!! Cheers

Purchased a Bosch oven that said it had £70 off in a sale. Received the order confirmation, but the next day received an email saying that there had been an "inadvertent pricing error", so they had cancelled the order and refunded me. I noticed the oven had gone up £50 overnight with all the other retailers. Felt that there hadn't really been a pricing error, but due to Bosch putting the RRP up, they didn't want to honour the price I'd ordered it at in good faith.

Delivery is taking too long compared with other tv supplier

Bought a TV from SmithsTV's website which was an easy process and at a good price. Able to choose the day of the delivery. Good communication from delivery team and item delivered at the allocated time and item was received in good order. Happy customer.

I knew which LG OLED I wanted, so I just needed the best price. SmithsTV had it by far (about £300 difference from the big name competition). I looked them up online and saw that they are an award winning business. The ease of ordering and great next-day delivery proved it. I will definitely be giving them more business in the future.

Smiths TV were fantastic. We initially emailed with some questions about an induction hob and they were clear in their response. When the hob was ready to be delivered, they contacted us to let us choose the day. Would 100% recommend!
