Paid a bit more than I would have elsewhere but my TV was delivered 24 hours later.

​I had an excellent experience with Smiths TV. I initially arranged a site survey to ensure my chosen dishwasher and, more importantly, the hinge type would be compatible with my cabinetry. This invaluable service isn't offered by most retailers. Alistair visited and provided expert advice, after which I ordered a Neff N70 Dishwasher over the phone with Peter from the Southport store.
​Once it arrived, Peter promptly called to schedule the installation. Alistair worked incredibly hard to fit the new unit into a very tight space; he aligned it perfectly, honestly, better than the original kitchen fitters did! I highly recommend Smiths TV for their attention to detail with integrated appliances. I’ll certainly be back for a Neff oven in the future. Their prices matched the major online retailers, making it a fantastic deal all around.

Excellent service and installation

Purchased a AEG Washer Dryer was told it was special order 3 weeks paid in full…after over three weeks I contacted them to ask why no contact and was told it would be another 4 week be for they have delivery. Poor customer service and website does not advise on delays. Hard to contact by phone “all agents are busy” I would avoid if not in stock.

Excellent service from Smiths TV, right through from order to delivery. Bought an AEG Induction Hob at a fantastic price, well below competitor's prices. Received an acknowledgement straight away in which it was explained that the hob was a a special order from the supplier and could take up to 10 days to get to their warehouse. Arrived in 6 and following an email from Craig, delivered to my door next day! Brilliant and will definitely use again.

Could not recommend Smiths enough. I've purchased televisions and a washing machine from Smiths, in the past next purchased will be a new hoover. Local business, friendly, helpful staff and knowledgeable too. Prices very compatible, good offers and fast delivery...what's not to like!! Love the 01704 help line👍

We have been buying all Electrical Items from Smiths for years. Local Business for 100yrs. THEY ALSO PRICE MATCH.
The Bosch Washing Machine that we bought from them 13yrs ago has just packed up.
I rang the shop on Fri 13th Feb and spoke to John. I wanted to buy another Bosch Washing machine.
John went through what is available on the phone, he gave me the model number to check on-line.
Smiths were cheaper than Argos, B&Q, Currys. We placed the order and paid on the phone. Smith will deliver, connect the new one and take the old one away.
New machine will be connected on Monday 16th Feb. NO HASSLE SPOT ON

The fitter from Smiths came out to check the oven would fit at no cost, and had one on the van which they then fitted for us in less than half an hour.

Absolutely 5⭐️ service from Smiths TV. Needed a new cooker, tried to buy one from bigger nationwide retailers several times, but left stores without doing so as no one was able to recommend/confirm what would fit in our kitchen. Called Smiths and within a short telephone conversation we given expert advice about our choice of cooker and an appointment was booked for the oven to be delivered and fitted within a matter of days. Without any obligation, we were shown the oven to check we were happy with it before it was fitted. Once fitted, their very kind engineer went through the oven settings. Other retailers have nothing on Smiths- never had such good service!

Very helpful knowledgeable staff - both in the Southport shop and the delivery drivers who also set the tv up for use.

Quality and assistance

Sorry didn't have an option of zero, Went to the Burscough branch today after checking on the web opening times 09.00 to 17.00 only to find the shop is empty closed and up for sale. Only a 20 mile round trip for nothing, Web page needs updating, On the plus side got a new TV from competitor.
