Ordered 11 days ago, not had a update when I ring its a recorded message and it cuts you off.
Appalling will be asking through a refund through my credit card.

I placed an order for a ceramic hob, which was a special order. During the process, I found it necessary to make a phone call to receive an update regarding my order. The staff provided me with the exact date they expected to receive the item.
On the specified date, I received an email inviting me to select a suitable delivery date for my order. This communication ensured that I could choose a time that best fit my schedule.
The ceramic hob was delivered punctually, as arranged. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received throughout the process and would be more than happy to use this company again in the future.
