Purchased this charger at the airport in Adelaide then travelled to Honolulu, Maui, Vancouver and finished off in Scotland. Absolutely fantastic product. Would have been caught out a few times if not for it. My friends also used it and will be purchasing one when we get home from holiday. Thank you snapwireless. Well done great product

Received my charger and worked out the top adapter that went into the wall wasn't charging the portable charger part. with a week away from going on holiday i reached out to the team and they were so helpful and had a replacement top sent out to me the next day! customer service was amazing and they put my worries of not getting it intime at ease!

I didnt have an issue in the end, just lacked some knowledge around the product, but Sera was a great help, very prompt to try and assist where she could. Frankly, I am happy there was no issue, as I am a big fan of my Snap Charger and glad i didn't need to change it overe

SnapWireless makes some genuinely cool, innovative, and distinctive products — and their customer service is just as impressive as what's in the box.

I've had two issues over time and both were handled brilliantly. Most recently, I had what I thought was a problem with my charging dock. Gail from their customer service team reached out within 24 hours, walked me through detailed troubleshooting for each concern, and got the tech team involved to properly diagnose the issue. Turns out it was the power bank, not the dock — and within 48 hours a replacement had already been dispatched.

For a company of their size to prioritise every customer — big or small — and respond with that level of speed and care is genuinely rare and refreshing.

I bought my snapwires portable charger in March and my extendable cable stopped working. Love all their products and was sad it wasn’t working anymore so I thought to email them to see if they could do something. Spoke to gail from the team and got a prompt response and within a day with necessary info sent through, I was told I would be sent a new one! Great customer service and great products. Still waiting for the universal pro to go back in stock :)

This is my 3rd transaction with SnapWireless. and have been very happy with each purchase.
After recently leaving my last charger on a plane I quickly ordered a new one while still overseas. It got here quickly, had small problem with charger which was quickly sorted with the team and replaced. So my experience has been excellent and the after-sales service minor was issue was very prompt and professional.

I have purchased a few times with snap wireless and always a good experience.

I knew their products are great but recently I have also experienced how excellent their support team assist you in the warranty process.

I was talking to Niko throughout the process and he has been so patient (as we were overseas while trying to organise the warranty) I explained why we had purchased in the first place and he happily waited until we came back and I was able to provide all the necessary info and videos for the claim.

Once it was all completed, he organised a replacement straight away.

I have 2 of these chargers as we used them on our family trip with 6people to Italy and they were amazing!!I had an issue with 1 of them and contacted the team at Snap and their response time was so quick and straight away they dealt with the problem and sent out the replacement. Such great customer service and a product that truly is trustworthy

Judge a product not by its performance but how a problem is listened to and resolved. A week ago I noticed my charger was dead, I reached out to SnapWireless on their chat and was contacted promptly by Nico. After sending some understandable videos showing the problem, a new device is on its way to me. No argument, no frustration just a fantastic solution to a problem. Unbelievable in this day and age. Highly Recommend!!!!

SnapWireless are amazing! I have the sky blue charger and it has worked fantastically overseas. I bought another one but it wouldn’t charge and the customer support person Niko went above and beyond to help me. Their products are wonderful and the support team are just as amazing. I would definitely recommend snapWireless.

My experience with @snapwireless has been such a positive one. I ordered several pieces but needed one piece sooner than the when rest of the order was due to arrive. I reached out to @snapwireless via I.G. and was almost immediately contacted by Niko. This quick response is what sets @snapwireless apart from the rest because from that point on, the communication with Niko was continuous . Knowing that you’re being listened to AND understood is paramount to customer service. The order was split on Monday, 24th and I collected parcel #1 on Tuesday afternoon, 25th!

This product was so poor. I asked for a refund so returned it. Snap Wireless believes they never received the return even though Aus post has said it has arrived. I have gone back and fourth multiple times with aus post and the company to prove its there and SW will not refund me. Literally feel scammed as I not only dont have the product, but they also have my money!

I’ve purchased and used thousands of their products over the years, and my overall experience has remained absolutely awesome.

While some products have occasionally needed warranty replacements, their products have consistently proven to be reliable, innovative, and impressive. They continue to introduce new features that genuinely amaze their customers.

A big thank you to Sera, Niko, Anthony, and Gail for always being so helpful and supportive whenever I needed assistance. Your great customer service really makes a difference.
