Amazing as ever well priced, and so helpful

I ordered 25 timber sleepers, but unfortunately, the courier lost 20 of them — which was quite unbelievable. However, the Managing Director of Snowden Timber personally stepped in and arranged for a replacement delivery the very next day. Outstanding service and a big thank you to Snowden Timber for handling the situation so efficiently. Kudos to the team!

Ordered on 23rd 3-4 days delivery ,I gave acception to it being a bank holiday ,they said it would be today delivery ,now monday 2nd June said they didn’t have control over delivery it is 3rd park not good enough and it would have been nice for someone to ring me I did all the leg work

I placed an order online for quite a large delivery of timber, it was delivered on the day promised, they delivered with no fuss even though no one around to take the delivery, the timber was excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Bought all our wood from the Mochdre site, amazingly helpful with sizing and advice for our project. Delivery same day.

I placed an order for decking through this company via B&Q. After realising I needed to cancel the order, I contacted B&Q, who instructed me to refuse delivery, which I complied with. Subsequently, I was informed that a cancellation fee of £50 would be deducted from the £69 I had initially paid by the company. The terms and conditions regarding this fee were not disclosed at the time of purchase; customers are only made aware of these charges upon attempting to return an item. This practice contravenes the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, which safeguards my right to cancel within a 14-day period. Despite my request for a full refund via email, I have yet to receive any money. Their only response directed me to refer to B&Q's terms and conditions. B&Q shares responsibility in this matter. Had I been informed about the cancellation fee upfront, I would have not made the purchase and would have opted to keep the decking instead. I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as I have reported this issue to Trading Standards through Citizens Advice.

Thought there would be a bit of a delay with Easter but pleased to say not much and a lot quicker than Royal Mail and they are only delivering vinyl (records that is)!!!!
