I wish I would have found this earlier. I have been looking for an option to update my QuickBooks for 2 years. Yesterday my old 2020 software quit working and I was devastated. Found Softake last night and purchased my new 2024 QuickBooks this morning. Within 30 minutes I was up and running again!! =-)

Ive bought a few licenses from them, they have always provided fast and reliable delivery of the products, and when i did have an issue thier customer service was quick to deal with it and help me resolve it!

The product is genuine. It downloads and installs smoothly. Softake does need to revise its installation instructions slightly because something has changed on the QB side. Overall, I am a happy camper. If you have a procedure for moving data from QB Online to this desktop version, that would be off the charts.

I mistakenly purchased the US version not realizing it was incompatible with my Canadian QB files so I had to purchase the Canada version.

They have subsequently contacted me and refunded the payment for the US version. Great customer service!

The product is stolen or black market, cannot activate and your phone number has been disconnected. FRAUD !!!

I had problems making the payment. Got that resolved. So you have got my money. Next, got a dowhnload link for the software, that didn't seem to work. I have had several emails back and forth with Thorben, with no solution. Apparently early instructions were not correct. Every back and forth email span a day apart The value is good, if it works ! So far, I have spent way to much time on this deal

Had a couple issues getting set up and such, but a quick email and a prompt answer took care of the problem. It was my errors and not theirs. Since then just like old times with simple Desktop and not that confusing and stupid online program. Love my old friend QBD

The installation went great the only issue I am having is getting the quickbooks to send emails with outlook

I ordered the software: I received it in a couple of minutes. It was easy and straight forward to download.

I am happy with the software.

I purchased QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024 and was not able to make it work properly due to errors when trying to print estimates/invoices on my PC. I proceeded to contacting them for support and they said I had to also purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro for $180 as a requirement for printing in QuickBooks. Therefore, I now have a software that cannot be used. I find this to be a scam

I was skeptical but I was able to pay for and download and install without a hitch, when it came time to activate, it wasn't easy but by clicking on various parts of the website the activate box came up , I was very relieved. I was able to restore my company file and open without issues. I did this on a second computer, not wanting to take a chance of messing up my critical system. Now I just have to cancel my subscription to Intuit Quickbooks pro desktop.

Program works perfect, but i got charged twice, my cc was bill $97.00 two times.
