Absolutely horrible. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered so much from this company and they kept saying for over a year that they will ship my items and never did. I lost hundreds of dollars. Stay clear of this shop, so upset over this

We as consumers need to stop accepting such terrible quality clothing. Their advertisements and videos are blatant lies. This is a 10 dollar temu or shien quality level hoodie. Pills and falls apart after 1 wash, not soft at all. Rough material, ugly, shapeless and cheap crap. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Bought the item they sent it. It was horrible and wanted a refund. After numerous emails I have had zero response. Another scam company.

I just noticed this company is advertising AGAIN after being silent for months… I was yanked around for months! Promised a refund after waiting more than 8 months for my order. They then ignored my email. I saw they were back advertising so I emailed them again, no response. Do not order from them

I would give 0 stars if I could. They claimed delay after delay and then offered a refund since their products were never gonna ship and kept saying they would escalate my refund and now they refuse to answer my emails about getting a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had basically the same experience as the other people reviewing here. I received my first two hoodies, and I liked them a lot. So much that I kept giving the company the benefit of the doubt when I was being strung along. I received countless emails about production problems, your hoodie will be shipped on this date, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. until finally all communication stopped. And, of course, too late for any refund from my bank. Please don’t let my experience and those of all these other customers fall on deaf ears! DO NOT ORDER!!

I ordered some clothing from the soft serve clothing store back in December 2022. A month later I still hadn’t received the order, so I contacted their customer service team and was emailing rep named D (for the sake of the employee I won’t write his full name). He said that it’d be shipping on June 2023 & due to the inconvenience he’d organise a $50 gift card (which I never received). August 2023 still no items, another email later shipping will now be end of October 2023. I emailed back telling D it was not good enough and that I wanted the items now or a complete refund; he mentioned that “transition with our new manufacturer has taken longer than we expected and we never want to sacrifice the quality that you have come to expect from us. Our new manufacturing partner has finally got our quality standards down and we are back to sewing hoodies full time again. Your items are in production and our entire team is working non-stop to try and speed this process along”. This company has taken almost $300 of my money with no product to show for it. I’ve attempted to contact them again and all I’m getting is an automated response. This company is absolutely appalling and I would not recommend them or shop with them again; as all they seem to do is take your money and lie. If this is how they treat customers, then I genuinely hope that they get shut down because their company is simply fraudulent and despicable.

I ordered a speciality hoodie over 2 years ago and have been promised this hoodie as well as an additional hoodie to help “compensate” for the time it has taken. Like someone else said now they are ignoring me. I received my first order fine but not now. And they won’t respond to emails. Bad company. Bad customer service

Same as everyone else here. At the time I placed my order this company seemed to be delivering with great reviews. It's now been 18 months since they took my money. After many false promises, they stopped responding to my inquiries. I cannot believe they have the gall to continue to operate their website. It may have been legit once, but now it is definitely a scam.

Crooks. Still owe me $106.00 in merch never shipped. Sent unfulfilled invoice at least a dozen times. Brushed me off many time with false promises.

I have had the same problem as what many others are writing - I ordered clothing at the beginning of March, haven’t received them, and have not had any responses to several emailed requests. Looks like I’ve been scammed.

Like everyone else, I placed an order I never received and got no response to my emails requesting an update. If you ordered with a credit card, dispute the charge with your credit card company. I was refunded by mine in less than a few hours. I also just noticed that I stopped receiving marketing emails from them completely the SAME DAY I placed my order. Doesn't seem to be a coincidence.

SCAM! Run! If you have placed an order and never received it, pursue a refund with your financial institution or PayPal! They had decent products at one time and now if they ship, the product is shoddy. Do not order. Check Facebook site for reviews and you will see the stories!

Order confirmed and payment rendered....never received merchandise. Will not respond to e-mails. No customer support phone number. Filed complaint with BBB.

I ordered the hoodie on 3/25. Order Number: #1354482727. It's now 5/9, and I still have not received it. I emailed them three times asking to cancel, but I did not receive a reply or credit. For everyone out there who is in the same boat, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card. Ask your bank to wipe out the charge. My card is with Wells Fargo, so I contacted them and opened up a case. They investigated and deleted the charge.

Same as everyone else-except I’m wearing a Softserve hoodie as I type this. They shipped one but not the other that I ordered 2 christmases ago. I was so patient and their emails were so personalized and professional. I don’t understand how they can get away with this. Ever since I finally requested a refund, they stopped replying to my emails. I now receive an auto reply and never receive an actual response. What in the world? How can they sleep at night?

I purchased a hoodie, over a year ago, haven’t gotten anything. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times. The only response is an automated email. I’ve asked for a refund, but I’ll have to count my losses.

I placed an order on 3rd April 2024 with 2-3 day expedited shipping. It's now two weeks later and I have not received anything and they are not responding to my messages.

My advice is to avoid this company as they clearly don't care about their customers.

Never ships. Just gives canned answers about why it’s not coming. Production delays, etc. Claimed they had trouble with the print. I asked repeatedly for them to just ship whatever is my size and item style. I didn’t care about the color/print anymore. I ordered September of 2022. It’s April of 2024. They still are giving me excuses and no products or refunds. Looking for the company on Facebook to reach out to them, I found review groups for Soft Serve Clothing. Found out there are literally thousands of people who never received the orders and had the same robotic sounding emails. No products, no refunds. Company still is taking orders and somehow has not been legally shutdown for fraud.

I don't know what happened to this company. I got a hoodie from them a few years ago and it was amazing. So amazing in fact, that when it got stolen, my teammates ordered me a new one. That was November of 2023. It's now March of 2024 and I still don't have my new hoodie.
