Worst company ever. They overpromise, and NEVER EVER EVER deliver. I sent many emails. They offered me $25 off my NEXT ORDER!!! The audacity. What a bunch of crooks - going to report to my Illinois Attorney General as many people from Illinois are being scammed.

I ordered a hoodie in June 2022 and paid in full. It is now over 8 months later and I have not received my hoodie. Customer Service keeps telling me production is delayed and ignores my request to cancel my purchase. $74.95 that I will probably never see again.

I've been waiting for my order since 10/8/22 and they keep pushing out the shipping date. Now it is early March. I've sent multiple emails to get a refund but never get one. I receive an email back with an offer to receive a free item or a refund. Ask for a refund. No response. These must be horrible horrible people to scam people out of their money. It's a shame that people exist out there. It's disgusting. I will continue to post negative reviews and report this business as a scam. Hopefully it will make a difference and save someone else from losing their money

Horrible company to deal with and the material is shotty. Don’t waste your money as they are very expensive to buy over $80. Canadian even on sale.

I’m so glad to see other reviews on here complaining about the time it takes for delivery especially on a pre-order.

They take your money which they shouldn’t do until it’s shipped, but they do and then it takes between 2 to 3 months to ship out the item. I’ve cancelled many items because I don’t feel like having to wait while they have my money.

Secondly, the material is extremely shotty when I first ordered many years ago it didn’t seem to be as bad and now after two or three wears and one wash It looks like I’ve had the hoodie for 20 years this one I’m going to be throwing in the garbage it’s full of pilling it looks terrible and they are all like that.

How can you wear something like this ?

I ordered a hoodie in September and it's now almost February and I havent received it. They told me today production isn't expected now until the end of March, but the offered to refund. At this point I'm just taking the refund, no sense waiting 6+ months for a hoodie.
Every time I've emailed about it they say production was delayed and push back the date even further. It's insane and makes no sense why it should take this long.

Outside is soft. Not very warm at all and I would never wear it out of the house. After one wash, in cold water, inside out and gentle cycle, this shirt is FULL of piling. Little balls over it, looks horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I put in two orders, one in September and one in November. Both orders were pre-orders stating that shipping would be early November and early December, respectfully. I have emailed and emailed. I keep getting excuses about production being backed up. I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. They promptly gave me one for both orders. It sucks cuz I really wanted them, but waiting 3 months for a hoody is just silly.

I am so excited about my recent order of the mystery bundle. I got some joggers to try (in my favorite color I might add), a zippered shirt, a blanket hoodie, and a light hoodie. Two of the items are something I've not ordered before, and ALL of the items are of different colors than my previous orders. I can't wait until fall for the weather to turn cold and I can start wearing all of these fabulous pieces. I am beyond thrilled...thank you!!!

I ordered an October themed shirt in September. It's now late December and I've not even gotten a shipping notification. Company says they don't know when it will ship.

I ordered a special edition "Witches Brew" tie-dye at the beginning of October 2020. I received my sweatshirt almost 2 months later after sending them 5+ inquiries wondering where my product was. When it arrived, I honestly thought it was a joke. Y'all. This is literally an inside out sweatshirt. That's the whole schtick. There's no special super soft material. The sleeves look stupid because they puff out from being INSIDE OUT. The worst part though? I wish I could include pictures. If you look it up, "Witches Brew" is supposed to be BLACK with bright green and purple. Super cool looking. What I got is a speckled lavender with grey splotches. It is so fugly I literally cannot. This is a $20 hoodie someone turned inside out and badly dyed. I contested the charge with my credit card company, that's how bad it was.

I ordered a mystery bundle this Spring and was pretty disappointed. Two of the three items were the same color and one of the items was a crop top, which I would never wear. The hoodies are thin and while soft on the outside, the inside feels completely different. These items wash horribly with tons and tons of pilling and shrinkage (and they were snug to begin with, despite sizing up for a looser fit). Highly overpriced for what you get and will not order again.

WARNING.. Reside in Australia, placed an order beginning of May 2022, emails sent to ask where the parcel is or if I can contact the courier to follow up, all I got was excuses that Covid has delayed deliveries, after a few emails still nothing or offer of a refund.. have never dealt with such appalling Customer Service as this conpany, BUYER BEWARE

One of the most difficult companies I have ever dealt with !! I am still trying to return an item I bought two months ago !! They have TERRIBLE customer service , I would NEVER shop here again . The quality is poor , and items way over priced !! Stay away , not worth the stress!!

Absolute crap for quality control on their shorts and sweatpants. none of the colors look like they advertise, items are always late. Received an item with a MADE IN MEXICO tab on it, when the company claims its USA. Stay away.

I highly recommend not purchasing a mystery box from Soft Serve!! I received 4 items all shorts and 3 in the same color!

The hoodie is just ok. It's not really worth the price. It's super soft on the outside, but the inside isn't the same, it's not very thick and I've gotten better quality hoodies for way less money. Not to mention this amazing fabric they keep saying they've created is rayon. Which is crap to take care of if you know anything about fabric. Don't dry it on anything but low and not for long or it will shrink and eventually pill. They do take forever to deliver the products and customer service is a bit dodgy. I was just disappointed by the whole process and the product. I did buy one more hoodie for a free blanket since my son liked mine so much. But I doubt I'll buy from them again.

They literally will not leave you alone. I get so much spam from them. I block them but they literally send you texts from a bunch of different numbers. I've texted them to STOP sending me texts, pretty sure they sell my info to other companies. Regardless, they continue to send me unwanted texts regularly.

Purchased a $72.00 sweatshirt in October 2021 - it was charged to my credit card immediately- finally received it in February of 2022 - I was away in Florida for the month of January 10 - Feb. 10 - and this is when the item was delivered - Opened it up and it is defective. Emailed customer service - and they tell me that I only had 30 days to return the item - I waited 4 month - and that they don't honor used good. This is bull - their product is awesome - their customer service is the pits. I have the original packaging - as I just opened it - who saves plastic packaging for a month????? Terrible Company to do business with. I believe a full refund should be in order - that was my request.

WARNING!!! This company is a scam. They took my money and didn't deliver the product ordered. They would not replace the product or give me a refund. They said it was the post office's fault and I would have to collect from the post office. I said no, it's your responsibility. They agreed and said they'd file a claim. That was 3 months ago......
