I placed an order a year ago & still haven't received it or a refund. It's either a problem with production or an IT problem! Its nothing but a scam & unfortunately I bought into it!

Worst company ever! They take your money and deliver nothing. If I could rate a zero I would. Do not order from them!

Had ordered from them before and while the actual ship date was later than first advertised, I did receive my order. Overpriced for what they are, but soft and lightweight. As others have said, they flood your inbox with ad emails constantly.
When a sale was advertised in October 2022, I did place another order (against my better judgement, but the person I had given the previous hoodie to liked it and I was looking for gifts). It was advertised to ship early December. Didn’t happen. No one contacted me. Looked at the website, they had updated the ship date to late December. Never happened. This began a series of them constantly changing the original ship date without ever telling me. If I email them, they give excuses about the pandemic and their supplier. They never proactively email the customer. They offer discounts on non existent products. They say they’ll expedite the shipping and contact me when it ships. Never happens. Every time I ask for a refund, they apologize and offer me a gift card. When I finally got them to agree to send me a refund (in September 2023), I never actually receive one or an email providing me with information on the refund as they promised. When asked why I haven’t received a refund, the new excuse is their IT system is having problems but they’ll get back to me and rush that refund asap! Sure they will.

They have been giving me the run around since September of 2022. Offered free products (does no good if they aren’t fulfilling orders) never shipped my orders. Finally said they’d give me a refund and asked for my PayPal and I have yet to receive anything!!! Their site needs to be shut down!!!

This company can improve by actually delivering the goods they sell and issuing refunds as promised. I placed a merchandise order for $207 on 11-29-2022. Today is 1-24-2024. I have not received those items. I have not received the refund I requested. I have only received communication after I contacted them. Their emails to me are full of excuses and promises. Promises that have not been fulfilled. My opinion is that this company is scamming customers. I do not recommend ordering from them. Poor customer service. You will not receive your order. And if you request a refund for the order that never shipped, you will not receive a refund.

I ordered a preorder item December 2022 as a Christmas gift. Here we are December 2023 & I have still yet to receive my item I ordered. Several delays & promised shipping dates missed. This item was supposed to ship end of January, then early March. I then forgot about the item because dont need a hoody in spring/summer & emailed them in September as I still did not receive my order. Another delay & promised shiping date of 10/31. Still no order after 10/31, reached out again & on 11/06 they said the order was being shipped to them. Here we are 12/01/23 & still no info on my order or when it will be shipped. I asked for a full refund on 11/28 & still no reply.

Ordered merchandise last November and still waiting on 1 item. Keep being told it will ship at such and such date. Requested a refund or a different color product… crickets. Crap company! Do not order from them!

They have in the past sent orders weeks to months later, but always finally delivered. This year they put me off from late March to June to an absolute “guarantee” of August 31st. “Supply chain issues” “new production partner” many apologies. Today (Sept 4th) they said Oct 31st. My reply to that email and another direct email to support bounced back. “No such email address”. The items I ordered are being advertised on their website as shipping Oct 31st. Don’t believe them.

This company sucks ass! I’ve never received my hoodie sweatshirt I ordered from February this year. I’ve been completely ignored requesting a refund. You’ll never receive your order, and you’ll never get a refund. They steal your money.

Buyers beware! I had been a loyal customer for years (I'm talking 7 plus years with 7 plus orders) but during COVID the company has completely changed. I've had three issues with three separate orders during COVID. The first two issues were shipping delays. My first order the company gave me a free hat for my patience. For my second order they gave me a $25 gift card for my patience. And then there was my third and fourth orders….

My last order were two separate pre-orders for two hoodies. One was in Oct and one was in Nov. The hoodies were originally supposed to ship out the following months. This first time I reached out was at the end of Nov asking for an update on both my orders. That was the first shipping delay….

Long story short nine months later, five shipping delays due to manufacturing delays (apparently the company they used shut down due to the increase in production prices), three upgraded free gifts for my patience, too many e-mails to count, one guaranteed final shipping timeline of June 30th, which was then pushed back again to Aug 30th, I'm still no closer to receiving my items. They haven't even been made yet!

I have had great communication back and forth until I requested a full refund. One-mailed twice about my refund, but heard nothing back. That's when the communication stopped completely! I was shocked. I made a comment on a FaceBook post and someone then reached out to me through FaceBook messenger and essentially said that they could not give me a refund because they are having issues with the credit card companies. They are holding my money hostage!

Then the company came back with can we send you something else instead so that you won't have to wait until Aug. How about you send me to two items I ordered nine months ago! The company should have stopped taking orders and other peoples' money when they first started having manufacturing issues. They willingly kept taking peoples' money without knowing when production would be back up and running. This company is a fraud!

When I didn't respond they then offered to give me a refund using PayPal or Venmo… This sounds very sketchy to me.

I have stopped responding and will contact my credit card today in the hopes that I can cancel the order and get my money back directly from them. I hope that this will warn other people and they won't have to go through this ordeal like me and so many other customers are going through.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!They take your money and then they ghost you. I ordered last black Friday and still haven't gotten anything and they won't give refund. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordered tshirts back in November 2022 and still have not received . They keep giving me the runaround. Asked for a refund and now they are having technical difficulties so can’t process my refund!!!! Worst company ever!!! Never do business with them again!!!

I placed an order in December 2022 for 2 hoodies that we’re supposed to be for my daughter’s birthday in January. It is now the last week of June 2023. Still have not gotten them or a refund. Have exchanged many emails with this company. They keep saying soon…but never get anything. I believe this company is fake/scam.

Placed order, waited, was then advised order would not ship for 2 mos. Canceled order, then never got credit . Not sure if this is a legit company or not

Ordered on Black Friday 2022. Had not received a follow up at all, until I reached out. Sent a message after Christmas to check on the status. Told wont be sent until March. I, again, reached out to them for an update. Told it would still be later. Asked them to include a “free pair of joggers” from their current promotion; told no with reasons. So I cancelled my entire order, declined the discount code, and unfollowed all of their stuff.

I did get my refund.

What a horrible company. I’ve order twice from them first time cancelled my order after more than two months of waiting and numerous emails. Fast forward a year and again they’ve done the same thing. Months of waiting, no merch….I cancelled this order as well after lots of emails requesting they do so. Let’s see if I ever see my $97.

It's been 6 months since I placed my order and still not received my items. So not only was I short for Christmas gifts but now birthday as well. This place is ridiculous.

I placed an order on December 28th (2022). I inquired on Feb 4th as to what was happening with my order. I've now asked for a refund twice over multiple emails (it is currently March 21), and the customer service people just keep responding thanking me for my patience - they asked me to wait another 4 weeks and I'll get a 'free gift'...what a joke...I've run out of patience, this is not now you run a business. I have still not received a refund, so this company has effectively stolen $135 from me.

Don't buy from these fools, they somehow think it's ok to allow you to 'purchase' items that they do not have, and will not send you. I will repost this anywhere I can, I'm so angry to see they have done this to many other people too!

Company sucks......they promise that their mystery box will contain several items and I only received one item. Said they had a banner posted that said only one item but it was never on any of the text messages that I received. Looked up their ad and it wasn't posted there either. LIARS AND SCAMMERS......Do not give one red cent to this disgusting and dishonest company.
