I'm usually good at spotting a scam but…
I'm usually good at spotting a scam but neglected to do my usual searches and now paying the price and feeling stupid. Thought this was a genuine UK company and order LED chandeliers which looked very impressive in imagery. Didn't receive what I was expecting and customer service (John Smith) already giving me vibes that I'm going to have to fight to get refund through credit card. AVOID!

Lights were advertised as being…
Lights were advertised as being delivered within 5 working days, took 5 weeks being flown from China. When they arrived they were badly crushed in transit and totally smashed.
Despite many emails they have agreed to replace them but have not actually done this even after 3 months.

A well established scammer, AVOID TRADING WITH THEM! you will never be delivered. They have a customer agent named "JOHN SMITH" not even sure if that person exists, using a stock photo as email signature.

Total rip off company that uses UK celebrities to falsify the vastly inflated product on Facebook Meta, why do they allow rip off companies to consistently advertise on its worldwide platform. All of their products can be purchased on Temo.com 75% cheaper inclusive of postage. Never received the products I ordered.

This company is selling junk that does not work as described and is not fit for purpose. When you try and raise issues with their customer services, there's no response. The Trustpilot reviews on their website are fake and they're going to be reported to both Trustpilot and Trading Standards.

Wish I had read reviews before buying off these rip off merchants there web site is full of lies
I purposely brought a cheap one off ebay for £7 to see if the price they were charging represented the higher price they were charging on there web site and No it didn't

2. Will be delivered from there warehouse in the UK 1-2 days Lie! it took 2 weeks, ebay took 2 days to deliver

Amazing products!
I recently bought from Solar Energy 2 Bollard lights which was a set and 3 wall lights and had 0 expectations but in fact when I received the product in 4 days I was amazed! It not only was as described but also works and saves me a lot on energy bills !! I guess everyone has a different experience but I personally Definitely recommend!

Duped into buying from a Facebook ad…
Duped into buying from a Facebook ad that seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for, and only ordered because it said dispatched from uk stock. Liars. The parcel was stuck in a Chinese airport for days and delivery was well over 2 weeks. Funnily enough their customer service representative responded to my email sent at 10pm within half an hour, of course that's during the day in China lol! even funnier, he was called John Smith and there was a photo of him, your typical English nerdy type. A quick reverse image search on Google gives the bloke a different name, his photo being stolen from the internet. So why all the lies and deceit? Having said that the solar light seems to fit my purpose, however there were no instructions, after an email "John Smith" sent a pdf....so why not just include it with the product.

It's definitely not a legit company
It's definitely not a legit company. There is nothing in Companies house for this address or business name, the domain was only registered on 22nd January 2022 and there is no phone number or any contact details. Their address is also fake.
Don't buy from them, they sell the same Chinese products you find on Amazon or Ebay, only at 3x the prices. If you have a problem, good luck to find anyone.
Also, they say 7-14 days shipping, it's 100% from China.
