This is not Robert. This is Jeffrey Rosenblum. And I’ve been using it since 2021 the problem is that I don’t belong to Kiser anymore. And my doctor won’t even help.
It’s terrible. I love this appliance. I wish they would listen to me, but they don’t and that’s your problem.
The device changed my bite permanently. I now have a terrible underbite. Previously had a beautiful bite thanks to money my parents spent on braces. No doctor or dentist warned me this might happen.

About ten years I got my SomnoMed. Three time I had to have it repaired. Once the top half broke in half the other 2 one of the small pins that lock the lower half broke. Then about mid May the pin broke again. The dentist that I had retired and I took it to his old office. They after forgetting to send it finally got it to the lab. A month went by and no unit it usually took a week. Finally I got to talk to my old drntist he told me that he had spoken to the lab and they said it couldn't be repaired. A week later the dentist office called and said it could be if I got new impressions made. I found a new dentist and then it got stupid. First they couldn't get anyone at the lab to answer the phone or email. I finally after calling several times got a call from the lab that I missed. I called that number and they gave me a number with an extension that worked. Then I had to go in after months had gone by and have a bite impression done. After a month I had given up on ever seeing my unit but it showed up. It was a completely new one and after a little fitting I have been using it. During this I called the customer service maybe 50 times and got a message that no one was available and have left messages no call back. I sent an email to them and no answer. So this is kind of long but it also took almost a year and I was told it would be $135.00 to repair and they billed 3 times that It should have been free it was there screw up that caused me to wait 10 months. The product is the best of its kind but the lab sucks.

I have been using the Somnomed device for 2 years now, the episodes of sleep apnea have been reduced by more than 50% and snoring has been reduced a lot

I have been using a SomnoMed device since 2007. I am CPAP intolerant, and this device has literally saved my life. I recently acquired a new device to replace one that I had gotten in 2013. The only reason I had to replace the old device was that my dentist damaged it while trying to adapt it to an implant. (never get dental work from a dentist that doesn't support your device) This latest device is the best I have had yet, it is quite comfortable, easy to maintain and my quality of sleep is better than ever.

Life saving. I used a CPAP machine many years ago and couldn’t get used to having a vacuum cleaner snorkel mask stuck to my face. Since then I have been trying to manage things by lying on my side, avoiding alcohol, etc. It didn’t work and it stressed me out knowing I was shortening my life span as a result. My wife (who was getting barely more sleep than I was) researched so many options that failed and I can tell you that nothing has come close to helping as much as the SomnoMed device. Now, if I’m tired and/or have had a few drinks my wife confirms the worst that I sound like is just regular gentle snoring. Otherwise, I barely make a sound at night. I really can’t believe how successful this has been after all this time. I was originally told by the specialist about 12-13 years ago to only use CPAP because the mouth splint was a waste of time and money. I wish I had at least tried it

My experience has been awful. I tried to adjust to the device, however that has proved to be impossible. I barely sleep with. It also caused severe jaw pain. After 3 weeks of trying to sleep with it, the jaw pain amd lack of sleep were so severe that I had to stop using it. I had the best sleep of my life the night i stopped using it. Don't waste your time.

After years of using it, and it did make a difference, I have had 2 of the "fangs, tabs or whatever they call them break.
Before I could just go in and get replacements, since they are readily available, now they want me to set up an appointment just to get them.
I do not need to set up an appointment for what I know is working, and the solution to the problem
Very hard company to get ahold of anyone that can solve this simple problem.

Tried over a couple of months. My husband said it didn't make a difference. Plus very large in my small mouth so I gave it up.

I have an Avant L mouth guard. I’ve been using it for 3 months. I’m struggling with fitting the mouth guard into my mouth so that my mouth can remain closed. I’m wondering if it’s too big.
I want to breathe through my nose to but the devise and strap are so big that it’s hard to close my mouth. I’m using strap no 3 and don’t want to go higher as this will move my jaw too far forward.
I’m not sure if my sleep is improving- it’s still erratic but my mouth being uncomfortable is not helping and I’m also dribbling excessive. My dentist told me to adjust the strap size but that is not helping.
Could you please respond. I want this to help as I’ve Outlaid a considerable amount of money and spent hours so far.

After 3 months, it is still unclear how much the splint is working, as I am often still quite tired during the day. Perhaps not so exhausted on waking. I grind my teeth, so, even with the 6 mm strap, I feel an overwhelming urge to move my jaw back to its normal position. It is unclear what happens when I am asleep. Only a further sleep study will clarify whether the splint is helping me get a better night’s sleep.

I’ve had the snore guard mouth piece for several years. Recently my jaw has been out of alignment due to my jaw being pushed forward which has caused a few chipped teeth. The device has worked at the cost of my jaw becoming out of line. My molars do not touch anymore and my bottom teeth hit the bottom of my front teeth causing chips in my teeth.
What can you do to help resolve this issue. I would appreciate a response.
