Sonabuds are just fake, but well adverised product. It is pure underquality Chinese product, cannot be used in any direct conversation for complicated languages like Arabic...
It requires more than a minute to catch surrounding conversations, it requires you to be constantly on your mobile and checking which dialogue it follows.
The interface is heavy, app is not better than reputable companies like Samsung and Google.
Actually - it tries to work as google translator on the mobile, and ear buds only transfer this strong, Chinese metalic voice.
Don't buy it, google translator is much better with ordinary earphones.
Customer service is terrible! I am trying to get my refund 3 months now!

EarBuds are useless for spectacle wearers

Hence, agreed 70% partial refund on July 14 (return too expensive) and waiting for it since then claiming PayPal issues?!?!

Dealing only with AI bot under different names, repeating messages.

Highly advise not to do ANY business with this company.

Still no change, no refund money in our account and a lot of warm, meaningless words without any tangible progress

After we were instructed to send an email with specific instructions, Customer Service contacted us the same day.

The customer service department is outstanding. Russel was very understanding and helpful in aiding me with the return process.
The product did not fit my needs, as within large crowds, the translation gets lost.

So far the website and ordering process has been super easy.

I received my order by delivery on Tuesday 1/9/26. When opening the package I found there were 3 items instead of 1 item that I had ordered. I checked my bank details and found that I was billed for 3 not 1.

I opened one of the boxes to test how it works and was very disappointed so I am asking for an address to return the parcel and that a full refund be recredited to me.

The lady whom I spoke with was very helpful and I asked for an address for return of the items but have not received this yet.

Could you please advise the next step in this process.

Have people who we can understand, and who know what they are doing. Also people who are oleasant and don't get mean when we have a problem.

Ich habe aufgrund der "guten" Bewertung die SonaBuds Übersetzungskopfhörer bestellt.

Und kann nur jedem davon abraten diesen Asia Müll zu bestellen!!!

Sie übersetzten entweder nur sehr zeitverzögert oder inhaltlich nicht richtig. Die Dinger sind absoluter Schrott und entsprechen nicht im Ansatz der Produktbeschreibung.

Zum Glück haben ich über PayPal Käuferschutz gekauft und bezahlt!

Das Unternehmen antwortet generell, nach der Reklamation, nur mit Standart Antworten per Email und bietet bei Reklamation, einen Preisnachlass von 70% an (die Rücksendung erfolgt natürlich laut AGB zu Kosten des Käufers).

Dadurch funktionieren die Übersetzungskopfhörer trotzdem nicht!!!

Nach mehreren anstrengenden Wochen, wurde der Fall von PayPal zu unseren Gunsten entschieden und wir haben unser Geld zurückerstattet bekommen.

Ich kann nur davor warnen, bei SonaBuds (Litauen), die Express Sofortbestellung zu bestellen (innerhalb 24 Stunden), die dann trotzdem erst 2 Wochen später ankommt und nicht funktioniert!

Danke an PayPal für die Hilfe und Unterstützung, aber das "Unternehmen"
Sonabuds ist eine absolute Frechheit.

I was very disappointed in how long it took to get the product. By the time I got it I had purchased another product from someone else.

Web site is good but order experience less than perfect. Thus, four stars.

While using the sonabuds at a Vietnamese church service, they worked good for short sentences but unfortunately for longer sermon sentences they would skip that sentence without translation to the next sentences.
I gave 5 stars for a great customer service & back up.

Got disconnected the first time I called. Second person was quicker to find my order. Email came quickly but I still don't have info to return items.
