I ordered a baby item from Soren’s House as a gift and there was a slight manufacturer’s defect and the customer service did an amazing job at rectifying the issue. Honestly blow away by the service!!!

Speedy delivery, simple process

Item was hard to find for a good price but it was cheaper on Soren’s House than anywhere else and was stated to arrive before Christmas. Arrived in good time, so beautifully packaged and the item was perfect (it provoked tears when unwrapped on Christmas Day). I would definitely use this company again - particularly if sending directly to the recipient as it is so nicely packaged, so no worries about gift wrapping.

Bought an (expensive) rug that didn’t turn up… when I chased it I received a passive aggressive email stating that it had been delayed (4 weeks), and I’d receive tracking information the next day. Still haven’t received any tracking information, or reply to my email chasing this up. Avoid the stress and shop elsewhere.

Edit: (reply to below). The website did not state the delivery time, I screenshotted the page, and was told I’d receive tracking information on Thursday.

I have ordered a bed for my little girl weeks and weeks ago, which is delayed. Money has been taken yet I am unable to get in touch with anyone from the company. I have sent several emails, made phone calls and left a voice mail with no response at all.

Easy to navigate website with a great selection of products. Order was dispatched and delivered promptly. The items are well made and work well. My only issue was I ideally would have also ordered a girl themed equivalent but there wasn't an option available.
