It important for me to let everyone know that SOS auto protect will not cover what they say they will cover and then you better have a lot of time to wait for an approval . They are liars and thieves I made more than 15 phone calls and so did the dealership only for them to tell me they would give me a full refund if I took my review down DONT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to get ripped and have to pay for everything anyway

Joyce Vale helped me through the process of getting a warranty, she was super helpful, knew everything about the warranty she was providing and compared all options I wanted. I highly recommend it, the warranty covers more than most competitors for a cheaper price

Alex Brooks was patient and easy to work with. While I was shopping for a new car I went to the dealer with his quote at the ready. It saved me time in the financing room. I got a great deal to cover my new to me 2021 Tahoe z71 bumper to bumper, moreso the peace of mind knowing that for the next five and a half years or 100k milage my vehicle will be covered, and from my cross referencing with no hassle and done right!

I had been filling out online and calling around looking for a warranty company. My factory warranty was expiring and because my car is a push start and all electric I knew I needed one. Just when I was about to give up hope I received a call from Joyce and she was a God send. She walked me through the process and offered me a really great deal that I couldn't pass up. I bought this warranty thinking I probably wouldn’t need it but when my AC condenser quit it paid for itself. From the time I called to the shop getting paid was less than 24 hours.

Rep was not as experienced seemed like a recent hire and or training.. Supervisor came on line without any introduction with an AGREESIVE salesmen tactic which was unwarranted..

Didn't cover anything!!! paid a lot of money up front to this company because I trusted the salesman...do your research!!! rental car in shop for 3 days, didn't cover anything!!!!

Friend of mine had SOS and told me they were solid. Had a $3,500 repair on my rear differential and SOS covered it fully. So glad I listened.

The shop found a bad bearing in my front axle. They called SOS, got approval quickly, and the bill was handled before I even came to pick up my truck. Couldn’t believe how smooth it was.
