Really tasty meals that I look forward to eating each day. Having had a lot of stress with a sick family member it has been so easy just to grab a meal after an exhausting day without having to cook and plan. I’ve tried almost all the meals now and have figured out my favourites! Will definitely keep buying!

The meals are delicious, it's easy to select from a wide range of options, and delivery is relatively flexible. It is also very easy to communicate directly with Soulara if any issues arise, and a resolution is usually quickly delivered. It is also a cost effective way to regularly consume healthy meals.

Haven’t had any issues. Always delivered when they say they will and have received a text message upon delivery. Everything in good condition and with ice packs and insulated to keep cool. Food is delicious

Highly recommend Soulara for good vegan meals

Like other reviewers, I decided to give this meal delivery service a go, but found the food bland, overcooked, and boring. So I paused the subscription on the site, but I still kept getting charged and receiving deliveries that I absolutely did not want. I can't seem to get a response from the company through Facebook, their website, email, or SMS. There is no link to cancel my account permanently, only the option to "pause", but they don't actually pause. Presumably if you go away on holiday, rotting food piles up outside your house because they just WON'T STOP. Do not even consider buying from this mob.

Love that the brand and meals are all plant based! Wonderful meals, and great variety. Delicious, convenient and nutritious!

Delicious - Vegan made easy!
All the meals I have tried, and it is now almost all of them, are really yummy. The delivery is great and the meals are so easy to heat up. I love that the packaging is recyclable too. Good for you and good for the planet.

Lots of options to choose from. Tasty and huge variety meals. Love the high protein options and new bigger meal sizes. Affordable too

Really loving the selection of food. Lots are calorie controlled and low in sodium which is fantastic. Easy to edit meals to ensure variety in my meal plan.

Soulara meals are great for postpartum when you need healthy, nutritious meals but don’t have time to cook! They’re tasty, easy and love that they’re fresh rather than frozen. Also really good value for money, compared to other food delivery services.

The meals have so much flavour unlike the many others I have tried before. I love that I can pause until I’m ready for my next order with such ease!

Delicious meals, makes life a lot simpler. A huge selection of meals. I have enjoyed most of them, so I can have a rotating variety over 4 weeks of 9 meals before repeats.
