I employed this company to clean and clear a few flats and they did such a fantastic job and their rates were cheaper than most companies....their staff are very polite ,friendly and proffesional .I received a follow up call from the managers to make sure i was happy with their service.....I definitely recommend this company and will use them again

Yas-Mut have cleaned my house four times so far. The cleaning service is impeccable, with trained cleaners and attention to details. Yassin is really dedicated and his team do their job well.

It is true that customer service could be improved: One cleaner did not show up once (though she was replaced on the same day) and they take time to reply to emails.

But the company really does provide the best cleaners. So I highly recommend this company.

We paid in advance. Nobody ever turned up or contacted us. We called all numbers available, left voice messages, texted but nobody got back to us. Unacceptable and a waste of time.

I booked a session from online system, and they subtracted the cost of clean from my bank more than one week before cleaning session. I thought maybe this is how they work, so did not care much. Then, one day before they called at 10pm and cancelled my session, and said they have to reschedule. They offered morning sessions but I was not available in the morning in the last minute. Then I asked why they made me pay for a cleaning session they won't even deliver. The person I talked to got angry after this point and blamed me for not being a good customer, he said he does not need my business anyway. For quite sometime, he shouted it was not them it was the bank who subtracted my money, and even if the system made an appointment I should have called to confirm, so this was also my fault. I honestly don't believe a bank could subtract money without you ordering it or an online booking system can book a session unless you told them to. Thus, I believe this was all excuse. After I said that I could write a bad review, the person on the phone hang up. Then, he called again at 10:30pm! He offered to give my money back, shouted some more, I guess he was a night manager at Yas-Mut. In short, they may be good at cleaning, I did not have a chance to experience thanks to their bad management, but they are really bad at scheduling. They could have called right after they realized I booked a session that should not have been available (if this claim is accurate at all).

We had a bit of trouble arranging a time, but once the cleaners turned up they did a great job. Way more thorough than any cleaner I've previously had. They also insisted on me inspecting their work and asked for feedback.

Windows havnt been wipe. Bathroom glass door still have some soap scum. Kitchen hasn't been well clean the grease.

What a great job, just precisely what I wanted. The flat was sparkling clean as were the windows. I shall connect again in due course for the next tenancy changeover.

Used them twice and they are superb.

Attention to detail is incredible and cleaner works so hard to literally make the place sparkle !

Jeans, the cleaner who came, did a good job. He arrived on time, worked systematically and efficiently, was very polite and actively sought my feedback. He had a very good attitude and took my suggestions on board very happily. He left the place looking clean and fresh. Booking was easy. Overall a good experience and would recommend.
