I was involved in an accident to no fault of my own. My insurance company instructed spectra drive to deal with my case and the next day a car was delivered straight from Stockport to my front door in Coatbridge Scotland. Kieran who dealt with claim went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation seem nice and calm. All the staff I spoke to at spectra drive were extremely helpful and polite. The whole experience started off really well but went very slow I could have been kept more informed which would have saved me so many phone calls the only time I felt confident was when Tom Martin contacted me by email. Waiting for my interim payment took the accounts department far to long to do a simple BACS transfer.on the good side after an email from Tom Martin the final payment was made within the week

i if accident in 2022 i was not in fault .someone say go to spectra , sent me car audi Q7 ,i fi Volvo xc90 i think lots differ, women drive on my car on street parking , was in fault her insurane Liverpool victora will not pay car hire , now spectra coming to me for pay £8300, i last my car last my house and now i need pay this , i think women need pay this not me

Being involved in a non fault accident has been extremely stressful. I was provided with a courtesy car on day of my accident which was great. I have at times required a lot of reassurance over the past 6 weeks to date. Thank goodness for Kerion at Spectra helping me to negotiate the thankless task of claiming against the party at fault's insurance which has been an awful experience. I can see the finish line now which is a great relief hopefully it won't be long now before I have my car back.
