I ordered three sets of dies from Spellbinders but only received two of them. When I queried this, I received a very rude, off-hand email telling me the missing item was out-of-stock - even though it was showing as in-stock on their website and as 'shipped' on my invoice! I received a refund for less than the missing item actually cost and was told I could now reorder it (thereby having to pay another postage charge!). To add insult to injury, I then received emails asking me to review all three sets of dies, including the one I hadn't received.

I have placed several orders over the years. Very few orders have arrived with everything that was ordered, most orders have arrived with items refunded because their stock system showed them to be in stock when in fact they weren't. Orders also take a long time to be delivered - this is because they actually come from a company called "Oakwood Archer" which I assume is the Spellbinders distributor in the UK. I only found that out when I saw the return address on the packages. Overall they are very hit and miss and cannot be relied on to send you what you order.

Absolutely shocking service!! Placed an order and realised that I didn’t want part of the order. Emailed the company to ask to cancel parts and get refunded and got sent an email to confirm GDPR! Didn’t get a response. Rang today and was told that it is there policy to not cancel and refund but I have to waste time and effort and paper etc to return once received for a refund!! Won’t be shopping with them again!!

I ordered some products over the Christmas period, so I expected to wait a long time for items. As I knew they were shut until January 5th 2026.
They have dispatched my one order but cancelled one item and refunded it, even tho it’s showing as being in stock. I wrote an email asking them to explain, why this was and received a snotty email with an absolutely terrible excuse, and basically saying if they are in stock, reorder them. Which will cost me another £3.99 p&p.
My other order hasn’t even been processed yet but they’ve taken the money. So not happy with Spellbinders uk, looks like many other people aren’t either.

3 times I have placed an order for an item in stock and 3 times they have cancelled my order due to insufficient stock. Totally unable to manage their orders/stock inventory and customer service was useless.

Ordered several products from spellbinders via hobby maker. 15 days later no sign of order arriving. Emails bounced back cannot find a working telephone number. I understand that hobbymaker pass on the orders to spellbinders but since my order went in they have been seen on TV again.
Not necessary in this day and age of next day delivery. A week is plenty long enough to wait.

Just poor service. Glitchy website at times and orders take ages to arrive. You are always looking at least a week before anything happens and yet they have the cheek to say postage is also £3.99. still waiting for my delivery over a week later. For that I'd expect next day delivery. Seems they take at least 5 days before they even dispatch.

Just poor. I wish other companies would stop doing collabs or exclusives with this sham of a company.

I made an order and first I got an email to say it had been dispatched, then on 7 May I got another email to say my order had been cancelled with no reason given.
I was able to get the same item from Amazon cheaper and in less time too!

Spellbinders make excellent quality papercraft items. The company has been hampered with supply issues after their main diesel factory in USA closed down suddenly without warning. I’ve only had one delivery impacted which was delayed by two weeks. Spellbinders sent an email apologising for the wait. Frankly, I’ve spent £1000’s with them and experienced just one late-ish delivery. I’m happy to recommend. Their products really are top notch.

When my wife asked for some wax stamps from Spellbinders I was really dubious about ordering because of reviews. However she said she'd seen their stuff on hobbymaker so there can't be anything seriously wrong with the company.
To cut a long discussion and story short, ordered 3 and they turned up in good time and she's super happy with them

Appalling shipping and delivery. Ordered 24th November and the item that I pad £3.99 delivery charge for has not even been dispatched yet. Not impressed.

Ordered a cutting die with 2-3 day delivery and have not even received dispatch date after 8 days! Shocking that they charge £3.99 for a small cutting die and then don’t send out.Glad I paid by PayPal as opened a dispute and got my money back. Steer clear of this site if you want your item in a reasonable time as lots of people complaining online they’re waiting 3 weeks or more to receive their purchases.

My advice, buy from amazon, the same products normally cheaper and you won't be like me waiting 7 days to receive goods in 2024 I wish I'd checked amazon with the next day delivery. Apparently fed ex takes 4 days from Nottingham to London after it takes this company 5 days to hand over the product.
