Not an Instant Download
Unfortunately my purchase was not an “instant download”. I had to wait for about 8 hours. It arrived at 3:15AM. At this point I had spent the time creating the vector art myself. Big bummer.

Great customer service!
This was a very easy order to make, and their customer service is second to none! The information was very helpful, and there was one additional size option that a purchaser could get upon request. UPDATE: Received my logo and an email from the company. Updating review to 4 stars. Should receive the logo on the first try and not the day after (especially if advertised as immediate download).
Scam. Never got my logo from them.

Very Good Designs
They have great designs that stitch out exceptionally well. They are not 24/365 so depending on when you place your order, just allow 12-15hr to receive your files due to difference in time zones. They DO make good on orders and are great to work with!
