Excellent Service
I had to call Spy Alarms recently for resetting of my alarm, which they very ably assisted me to do over the phone. I had no problems getting through and was called back very quickly by the engineer.
I also had a fault with my alarm keypad and as I live alone, I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. They came within 2 days and fixed it immediately.
I have always had first class service, the engineers are all really lovely and extremely helpful and I would absolutely recommend this company.

Technical desk and reconnecting to app
Had to speak with Technical Desk after getting new WiFi and had to reconnect the app via the alarm keyboard. Was talked through it on telephone by the very helpful and patient engineer. All up and running again within a couple of minutes. Very good.

Getting through on the telephone is a complete nightmare. When you finally get through you are told you will get a call back because they are too busy to deal with you now. On two occasions no one called back.
However when the engineer eventually came he was excellent.

The technical help desk rang me back…
The technical help desk rang me back promptly and talked me through changing my WiFi settings as we had a new router installed by our network provider, it was a seamless process and the app was up and running again. Thank you again getting everything sorted out.

Having been woken by my intruder…
Having been woken by my intruder (fire)alarm, I called Spy Alarms requesting assistance.
I eventually received a phone call from an engineer (Lee) who diligently guided me through the steps I needed to take to identify and resolve the issue.
His instructions were perfectly clear and easily complied with.

Helpful and willing to take action
The engineers who visited were good. They were helpful and worked in a very clean way. I subsequently had a small issue with the company's accounts department, but this was handled in a most professional way and to my total satisfaction. I was impressed with the speed that the company dealt with this issue once they became aware of what had happened. It was gratifying to receive very good service from the engineers who attended my home and subsequently from the firm's managerial team.

Dear Mr. Stoneham, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Although a really disappointing read. I would like to sincerely apologise for any upset or undue stress & anxiety that this situation has caused you, please know this was never our intention.
I have reached out to you directly to explain how our invoicing process works. To clarify, our invoices are issued at the beginning of the new contract year and relate to the annual maintenance agreement, which includes the yearly service along with several additional benefits. Unless we receive notice of cancellation at least three months prior to the renewal date, the agreement automatically renews.
As mentioned in my email, if you could kindly forward any correspondence related to the call from our senior manager, I will look into this matter promptly to understand why the call you requested was not received.
Thank you again for your patience, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to resolve this.
