Scam, no response

Scam!! They took the money, never sent anything, and then stopped responding to emails.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! I ordered on the 20th of july and asked to cancel 2 days later as i saw all the bad reviews and found the only way to get a refund is to cancel before shipment, yet they didnt reply. On the 6th of september i get an email that theyve shipped the items, yet its been over a month and i still havent got them. Poor shipping times and customer service - i doubt i will ever get the slimes so dont bother buying from them

Took over a month to arrive but the the slime is good quality and satisfying to play with.

Don't bother you'll never get in touch or receive your order.

I didnt have high expectations due to some other reviews, but personally I think theyre being a bit harsh!! The communication was amazing I emailed as it was taking quite a while due to a busy period, completely understandable its a small business they cant ship out at huge industrial scale. And recived a reveiw very swiftly. The slime was amazing! I did have to reactivate as it was a little underactivated,but it traveled to England so it is to be expected. I got one of the boba slimes, and a coffee scented one! the scents are amazing and after a few months are still there. The slime after a few months is still high quality, of course ive had to re activate it, no slime stays activated for months.
On the whole I think this is an amazing, underrated slime shop! I was anxious at first due to other reveiws, but please pay those no mind this slime shop really is good! Would 100% reccomend!

Slime was nice a bit sticky we had to wait over two weeks for it to arrive but it did come with a gift box so it was okay

Please don’t order from here. Takes money but doesn’t deliver.

Took order in July, responded in August that the goods had been shipped, no goods recieved and emails not responded to. Don't use this company, you will have some very dissapointed kids, as I do :(

Please don't use this company. My daughter spent her birthday money ordering from here. 2 months later, still no slime and no communication despite me messaging them. It's been showing as Evri awaiting the parcel from them for almost 3 weeks now.

Do not order from this slime company i ordered a slime two months ago and its still not here I text them two times still no reply they told me 1-9 days well obviously not because it’s been two months

Ordered on 13th July, now 18th September and still no slime like the other reviews. Responded once with no updated ETA but said they will add extra slime. But not heard back since or any update on order.

Yeah it’s just a scam. Please don’t order from them nothing is going to arrive. Ordered back in July, had nothing till I asked for a refund and then obviously it was set to dispatched. Nothings gonna arrive I’m not stupid. Don’t order.

Do not order. I ordered on 1st July. I emailed them at the end of July when I did not get my order but no response. Requested a refund via my bank, but funnily got a response from the company saying they will be sending it out shortly and I will get a few extra bits as a way of saying sorry. I contacted my bank and cancelled the refund request as my daughter really wanted the slime and saved up for it. Again emailed in August, asking for an update as we were going away. The order was marked as dispatched when this email was sent. Went away on holiday, came back end of August, still no delivery. Now back to the bank to request a refund. Really disappointed. We were more than patient.

If there was a way to leave zero stars we would. Ordered 8 July, nothing was delivered. The moment we asked for a refund the order got marked as ‘on its way’ which conveniently meant we could no longer ask for our money back. Still nothing has arrived. Avoid this company at all costs.

This slime company has its ups and its down. The delivery took 3 months and 14 days despite living relatively near the company. No communication throughout this time except one email saying the slime was on the way. At this point I was beginning to lose hope that the slime would arrive.
However, one day my slime arrived. The package included the slime I ordered, two stickers, three sweets, activator and a slime care guide. The slime was amazing! I highly recommend cloud crème slimes to any future buyers. The slime care guide was extremely informative and the activator will be useful in the future. A note to anyone awaiting their slime to arrive: it does come! The company is a family run business with high processing times so of course the order will take its time. The slime was definitely worth the wait - would give five stars but minus one for delivery.

My 9 year old daughter bought 3 tubs of slime at the start of summer holidays with her own money. Wish we had read the reviews before hand. As with all the others here - she didn’t receive her slime. A few emails from the seller suggesting it was on the way but all lies. Avoid this seller. Theft. Lies. Essentially stealing from kids.

I placed an order on the 17th of July so 35 days! and I'm still waiting, no communication, feels like a scam to me

Ordered slime from here and after many weeks and many emails no delivery no emails no updates.

Absolutely appalling, am claiming the payment back from my bank.

I ordered from this slime shop on the 16th of June and still nothing had been sent off. I decided to email the shop and 5 days later, I still had gotten no reply. Because of this, I had notified my bank that there was a problem with my purchase.

I have read a lot of the reviews for this shop today and it seems that many other customers have had issues with this slime shop. However, it seems a few of the reviews are of lucky people that got their slime.

Overall, it’s not worth it. Just don’t order from here and order slime from another shop instead.
