As you'll probably see with a lot of these reviews, buying from this business will be a gamble as to whether you receive the products you purchased or not. Sadly, I fell into the latter.

I repeatedly (and politely) emailed asking for an update to my order as I had bought it before the new year (I still haven't heard or received anything as of the 21st of January). It has gone so far that I have now had to escalate this with my bank as they did not respond to my request for a refund as I no longer was interested in receiving the slime and just wanted my money back (£30 for 3 slime!!!)

Do yourself a favour and don't risk the gamble, there are plenty of other better quality and more attentive slime makers in the UK.

So, I put in an order on the 21st not expecting a delivery till January. But, on the third I reached out asking politely for an update, there was no reply. On the eighth I asked for a cancellation ad refund seeing that they had not answered my inquiry - I got a automated response this time. So the thirteenth I registered with my bank a dispute looking for a cash back as I had not received the items, could not get in contact with the shop and was not being given my legal right to cancel the order and receive refunds. On the 16th I received an email saying that it had been dispatched? I have no idea why they would continue to dispatch an order when there was a dispute with a case number ongoing with the bank and id clearly stated I wanted a refund rather than the products at this point. This behavior is not respecting consumer rights laws.

I have already brought other slime hand made custom slime, in the time it took for this company to dispatch I had the custom slime made and delivered (for cheaper).

If they had answered any of my emails in the fifteen days I gave them to answer before starting the bank dispute then of course I would have happily accepted that and waited longer but not answering caused me to have to escalate the issue to my bank.

As an update: though I received a dispatch notice 2 weeks ago no delivery was made - I have my refund from the bank so that is not an issue - just to point out not to trust the dispatch notices either, perhaps the notice was to try and put a stop to me asking for a refund but obviously the bank was handling it for me.

Ordered the ginger bread clay house way way way before the cut off for Christmas and still didn't turn up till a week after Christmas. ok I give them the benefit of the doubt it's Christmas they are super busy but the nail in the coffin was someone came up with the bright idea to ship it with all the slabs for the house stacked on top of one another with tissue paper between each slab..... IMPOSSIBLE to remove without basically totally destroying the clay slabs. The tissue paper and clay slabs have fused together!! Sent them an email asking for any ideas on how to separate but no response. Avoid them waste of time and money.

Terrible experience. Ordered on the 5th, well before the 15th cut off for Christmas. Ordered has still not arrived and evidently not going to arrive before Christmas.
Emailed the support and received an automated email saying the order would arrive.
The customer service is absolutely shocking, can't make a comment on the slime and have a feeling I never will be!
Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered the slime a while ago. On their website they say processing takes 1-12 days and when they didn't ship the item in that time frame I tried to email them countless times as I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund but the email they provided for customer service didn’t exist, I was sure I was scammed. Thankfully I received an email saying the items had been shipped. Still it's unacceptable that they are doing this. In addition on their website they say that your order if placed before the cut off point will arrive before Christmas. I ordered this well before the cut off point and I know for sure the slime won't arrive before Christmas this short notice and this is a gift so I wouldn't have bought it if I had known it wouldn't come. I have no way of tracking the package. In the email I received it says "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status." Yet there is no way to access the shipment tracking. No info on who's sending the parcel,no links ect, I'm not even sure if they have actually sent it. At this point I just want my money back but I have no way of doing that as I can't contact them and you can't ask for a refund after it's been shipped. What annoyed me is that I could have cancelled it on time if they hadn't of given a false email. Please avoid this company. I can't belive they are still running with such horrendous customer service.

Ordered well before the cut off for Christmas delivery and as yet its still not shipped, email just bounces back so no way to contact them, not saying this is a scam site but they clearly do not stick to their word and they seriously lack in the communications dept'. Needless to say I wouldn't consider using them again and I advise you to not use them either

Perfect quality slimes, came beautifull packaged. The one thing I would say it is takes bit longer to receive but it's handmade to order so that's understandable and patience paid off. They are the most popular in the Uk so understandably have a lot of orders. I was very touched by how much effort went into everything. Thank you for bringing quality slime to the Uk. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

Not received my order and cannot contact the company as all emails bounce back.

I ordered from this company months ago and have sent dms and emails about never receiving my slime I didn’t contact them for a while because I read a lot of reviews saying they came in late but even after receiving an email saying it was on its way I have yet to see it PLEASE DO NOT BUy FROM THIS SELLER I NEVER GOT MY SLIME

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Having placed the order, the money came out of my account immediately...
I then waited, emailed, waited, emailed.... Repeat ad nauseum, no response, nothing.
Requested cancellation and refund, nothing.
Disgusting lack of care, a simple reply could have helped deal with the wait. The refusal to refund after cancellation was something they got away with by ignoring the request and sending the order.
As for that, only one slime out of four was usable, the other three being far too sticky to use.
ZERO stars, AVOID THIS SELLER!

No communication whatsoever. Emailed multiple times, haven’t heard anything in 2 weeks from them and no confirmation of slimes even being sent out. It’s a scam genuinely. It’s selfish and rude. I should have listened to the reviews!

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Did not receive my order made nearly 6 months ago. No response from the seller. Utter joke and scam

Arrived today and did not disappoint!! I ordered three slimes, Bee happy honey, iced caramel latte and Mermaid cloud, Slimes are beautiful and smell amazing! Arrived slightly sticky but was really easy to fix with activator provided and really detailed care instructions were so helpful (first time slime buyer so was very thankful) Was really worried after reading some bad reviews and seeing the site go offline before my order was shipped (was a technical error) but I messaged the seller on instagram and she answered quickly and was lovely. Honestly could not fault the slimes they are perfect and as provided with much more activator than was needed so I don’t have to worry. Really happy and will 100% be ordering again soon.

To be honest I was a little worried to start with as it did take a while to arrive but definitely worth the wait, turned out to be amazing birthday present. Lovely slime and charms and even some sweets popped in.

I made an order near the end of August and still have not received anything. As it is a small business I wasn't too worried but it's now at the point where I assume either they have folded or it is a scam. If they couldn't fulfil orders they could have refunded our money. But they seem to still be taking more orders. I'd have more sympathy otherwise - that seems very dishonest when they say on their website that the delivery time is 1-12 business days but I've been waiting 8 weeks. Even if it was a mistake there is no way to contact them - emails bounce back and instagram messages go unanswered. You've been warned!

We ordered squishy squashy slime on September 24th, it was intended to be a birthday gift from my daughter to her friend. Unfortunately, as of today, the 14th of October, the items have not been delivered, and the communication from the seller is nonexistent. Their provided email address doesn't even exist, and they do not reply to messages on social media. I'm beginning to doubt whether the slime will ever arrive. As a small business owner myself it saddens me to leave this review, but I’m a firm believer that communication is key, and this experience has left us feeling like we may have been scammed out of our money.

Updated - Parcel arrived today 18th October (order placed 24th September). It’s Beautifully packed and I’ve changed my review from a 1 to 4 stars. As mentioned in my above comments, communication is key within any business and this is one area I hope Squishy Squashy Slimes try to improve on.

I bought slime for my daughters birthday.
The company are very quick to take your money but TERRIBLE at communication and actually sending out your order.
Any email you send then gets returned by the domain thing, they say to send messages on their Instagram, but they haven't actually replied, Not uploaded any content on their Instagram for a year. So I assume it is also not looked at and messages not read.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Such lovely slime, my daughter was getting really impatient waiting (I think it was 3 weeks wait) but she just said it's worth the wait. Best slime we have bought and we have tried a lot! The rice Krispie treat one smells divine and they are both gorgeous. The peach ice tea has a lovely texture and is the favourite of the two. We will be buying again!

We never got a confirmation email which did worry me a little but I emailed and got an automated response and then it arrived a few days later. It does state that it can be up to 21 working days (manufacture and delivery times).

Small business with a large number of orders, slime took 4 weeks to arrive but the products were amazing! You can tell they are hand made and each order packaged with care. People are too impatient these days with much too high expectations on what a small business can manage. I would highly recommend these products, thank you Alyson!
