Yes it took a little bit to come (because they are made by hand) but my daughter loves them, the's extras and the care and attention put into them made them so worth the wait!

I ordered a mystery box on the 12th August and it finally arrived today. I was nervous due to reading a handful of negative reviews, but here is what I have to say:

-Slime quality is great, just needed a bit of the provided activator due to environmental factors
-I couldn't keep track of my package and it took longer to arrive than I had anticipated

Worth the wait!

The most wonderful slime we’ve ever purchased. Did take a while to arrive but it is the holidays and they are all handmade to order. It isn’t Amazon and you get a better quality if you wait. We have the honey bee one with the clay you add. My daughter is overjoyed.
Yes it takes a while but it is by far the best we’ve received.

At long last my order has arrived and it was worth it! My granddaughter is delighted with the selection of good quality slimes. Alyson thank you so much for the extra surprises. Please please be sure to keep your customers updated when processing your orders. Finally I can say thank you for a good product but the experience was frustrating.

Do not purchase from this company, I honestly cannot believe they are still trading. Purchased an order on 2nd August, I was also a little shocked at postage costs, had two instant emails one with a £1 discount for next order then a confirmation email. 14th August I receive an email saying order is on its way, nothing. When I check order status on webpage there is no update. The so called chat button the the website is nowhere to be seen. I send 2 emails no response. After checking Trading Standards I send a further email giving them the option to refund me by the close of day or I will report. I have now received an email from the company saying they have refunded however it still hasn't appeared in my account. I will be taking this further. These are products mostly used by children, how can they repeatedly let people down like this, disgraceful.

4 weeks and counting I don't think my daughter will received the slime, waste of time emailing as they never answer! Well done you made my autistic daughter very unhappy.

Feel like I’ve been scammed. No communication what so ever and no updates on where the slime is despite me emailing them. Don’t waste your money or time just go to a different slime shop that is more trusted! I haven’t received the slime so I can’t comment on that but I don’t think I ever will at this point.

I am absolutely delighted with my order. The smell was amazing and looked fantastic. My daughter really loved this slime and found it so very therapeutic. I was so happy with the service that this company provided I have ordered a mystery box for another family member.

I have had the best experience with this company and I think I am really lucky after reading all of the other reviews.

When seeing these reviews I got quite nervous about my purchase so I sent an email to Alyson. I wasn’t expecting a reply after I got an automated response but the day after I sent my email I got a reply from Alyson and it was so heart warming and nice that I new that my order was in safe hands. She did everything she could to make it up to me and I am so grateful :).

The processing time only took a week and then a further 4 days for it to be delivered. What could be improved though is that there is no option to track your order so you just had to gamble when leaving the house as it could be delivered when you are out.

When I opened the box it was full of extras with 2 activator bottles and a in depth slime care kit. The actual slimes were so good though. I was worried about the quality of the slimes as some of the reviews mentioned that they were just glue and the activator didn’t work but the slimes were top quality. They needed no activator and the scents were such good quality. The clay add in that I got was so soft and light and all of the charms to add in the slimes were just the right amount. If you are wondering whether or not to order from this company I highly recommend you do. You get such good quality for the very cheap price compared to other UK shops and so many extras.

I feel that all of the negative reviews are all outdated and if you do have any questions just email and she will definitely reply.

After seeing the note on the website about shipping times and reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried whether the slimes would turn up. I was prepared to wait, and it did take a while, but since there was forewarning this didn’t bother me.

I’ve enjoyed the mystery box I ordered, I really love the marshmallow peeps and Krispie treat bar slimes I received. I’ve got a better idea of what I’m going to try for my next order.

It took weeks for the slime to arrive, and when I asked for an update I only got an automated email. The slime arrived and was unusable, and again when I emailed to get help with this issue I got only an automated email. There is no other way to contact them, and so I've wasted almost £20 on slime that can't be used. Worst customer service I've ever received - there is zero customer service! And terrible product

Alyson is great, the order might come a bit late but she is definitely legit and always give you great slimes, thank you for the extra squishy :)

Scam company with fake positive reviews .. avoid

Similar to what other reviewers have said, I am weeks into waiting for my order and there’s been no response after multiple emails. I will be trying to dispute the payment with my bank as I feel I’ve been scammed!

I love this story, it's amazing how only one person can run such a huge business. Her slimes are so expertly made, all of them smell and look brilliant and each of them have such diverse uniqueness. Alyson the person who not only runs the story, but makes each order to hand, packs each order and includes so many fun extras is such a kind person. It's understandable that with so many orders, she might be behind a bit and I think people should excuse that as again she's only one person and works so hard to make sure every order it out as quickly as she can. People are out there saying how they're waiting long or thinking she's scamming but honestly if people can be patient and wait a little they can be guaranteed a top quality slime each one hand made got order by one talented and passionate girl. After talking to her and learning more about her if genuinely feel like people should give her a little more credit and treat her with kindness as she works so very hard.

Scam website. Ordered 4 weeks ago (daughter used her hard earned pocket money to pay for it) with a promise of 3-5 working day delivery. Still no sigh, and no communication apart from an automated response saying "I'm now back at work and working hard to clear the backlog". Avoid at all costs of you don't want a very upset child

I will be reporting this fake company to trading standards as this woman needs to be stopped. If you cant operate a business simply dont have one- especially not aimed at young children. It’s absolutely disgusting. As many of the other reviews young children are spending gifted money to probably line the pockets of some down and out low level scum bags. Refund my money OR I will be contacting trading standards.

We have been waiting three weeks for two pots of slime to arrive. Four emails that haven't been responded to. That's the part that is most disappointing. Just treat your customers with some respect, at the very least respond to emails.

Absolutely beautiful. They took just under 3 weeks to arrive but as they are freshly made to order and take about 3 to 5 days delivery, I expected them to take a few weeks. Great present idea. Thanks you

It took almost 3 weeks to arrive which was very disappointing for my daughter as you know kids haven't got much patience. When it arrived it was very, very sticky. Despite that my daughter tried to play with it and because it was so sticky she got it on herself, it was a nightmare to get rid off. I e-mailed the company but didn't get any response. Please don't waste your money.
