So beyond helpful!
The response from the contact email was so quick (even during the holiday week)! I got a phone call instead of a email (I love that!). The gentleman on the phone was very nice. And the resolution for my issue was way more than I thought possible! Thank you so much Statue of Liberty Guide!

We took a Statue of Liberty guided tour was fabulous Experience. I highly recommend this service.

Booking on-line was very easy! When I had to contact the support team, I received a quick response and my issue was resolved. Thank you very much and my family and I look forward to our trip. I'm taking my 7 year old granddaughter who requested this outing.

Myself and my family traveled from Tampa Florida to go to the Statue of Liberty. It was our first experience and was really looking forward for my kids to experience the history. Your website when I order tickets clearly stated pedestal and crown access? We were able to make it to the views of pedestal, but we’re stopped from going to crown? We were very disappointed as I read when purchasing tickets. Clearly the word access means just that as I stated, in the beginning, my children were really looking forward to the views from the crown, and we were turned away. We will never purchase tickets from this site again.

Hi Doug, thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry the crown visit didn't happen for your family. Could you send us your booking reference on our Email: support@statueoflibertyguide.com ? We'd like to check exactly which ticket type was purchased for your visit.
Pedestal Access and Crown Access are two separate ticket types. Crown Reserve is capped at 300 visitors a day and typically must be booked few months in advance; Pedestal is a different, separate product with its own inclusions.
To be clear: our listing for this ticket does not include or mention Crown Access — Pedestal and Crown are sold as separate ticket types.
Once we have your reference, we'll review your booking and follow up directly.
