Preordered a pair of Status X Pro…
Preordered a pair of Status X Pro Earphones in August when it was said on their website they will ship in mid-September and i will be one of the first to get them. Them shipping was delayed to October 13. / 14. (and it was said that this date is conservatively - so more likely they will ship BEFORE this date) and guess what - still no shipping notification and no more e-mail answers. Another one who wants his earphones RIGHT NOW!

Great company and awesome service! The headphones were really nice, amazing quality, they just didn’t fit my ears right after trying them for about a month and a half. They sent me a free return label and refunded me right away. Super easy and friendly to deal with. Would definitely buy from them again!

I’ve had the over head and ear buds for almost a year (they’re brilliant) I recently had a connectivity issue with my right ear bud charging.
After not being able to fix I got in touch, within a matter of hours I’d had multiple replies and replacements for both.
Up there with the best customer service I’ve experienced!
Looking forward to them coming and will be a returning customer for sure.

I was excited for these earphones about everything that they offered when I got them almost immediately I noticed it was a terrible fit it was very difficult to find a the correct fitting as well as the design of these make it difficult for them to stay in your ears if you're doing anything vigorous there's not any sort of attachments that secure them to the ears and they fall out often especially if you're doing strenuous activities or any activity that might cause a little bit of sweat or perspiration or even in heat. One of my headphones fell out of my ear and onto the ground and then had a constant rattle after that and the other one fell into a puddle shortly after I left my honest opinion on Instagram and someone from the company reached out saying they would do a promotional deal on a price but then they wanted all of my information and my address and when I asked to take this over to an email account I was left on red constantly this company is terrible I've looked up other reviews and apparently it's very common for them to completely dismiss their consumers these headphones are not worth the price the sound is good but to be honest I don't think people need to have that many subwoofers in a headphone anyway but if these headphones actually stayed secured in the ear it might be worth it but it is absolutely not worth it for the amount they fall out of the ears how delicate they are and how incredibly difficult it is to get reliable customer service 0 out of five would not recommend to anyone especially anybody that's an audio file incredibly disappointing company

I ran over one of my ear buds and sent a customer service request to see if I could replace just one ear bud. Within about 30 minutes of my inquiry inquiring, I got an email from Yulia who walked me thru the process to order a single ear bud. Nice work by Status for their excellent customer service and responsiveness!!
Sound great but after an update
Sound great but after an update, right earbud just stop working. Hard reset it, still didn't work.When I put back into the charging case, there's no sign that it is charging very disappointed. Customer Support is also useless. Still asking for the transaction receipt before helping me. What a BS they are!

I purchased the status 3anc in Nov 2024. The last few weeks the unit doesnt charge unless I hold down the earbuds in the case. I emailed them only to be given the biggest runaround and waste of time. The reps know you want to get your product repaired or replaced under warranty but make the process extremely complicated. I was told to reset the unit and I did. The left earbud still wasn't charging but the right was for 2 days before it started intermittent charging (would not charge unless held down or moved around 20x or so. I explained the unit has the same problem only to be told to send a video description and a picture of the box with the barcode. Why am I expected to hold on to a box for 9+ months? I sent him a video and told him that I do not have the box and I do not appreciate the runaround and the games he is playing almost as if he's dangling the replacement over my head but "if you do this and that" which turns into "now you must to this also" and you do to be told you need the box. They know i dont have it but also have my order history, date purchased, order number and images with video. This is a scam company stalling the customer with with demands knowing they can't provide only to run out the clock on the warranty. I emailed the rep Cai 3 days now and no reply. I also emailed the CEO James Bertuzzi and am hoping he will reply and take care of this matter.
VERY BEST Sounding earbuds I have EVER…
VERY BEST Sounding earbuds I have EVER heard! The Highs are Crisp & Very Clean, the Mids are perfect and resounding and the Bass….ohhhhhhhh the Wonderful, Wonderful BASS, is HANDS DOWN, second to NONE! I had a small issue with my left bud cutting out. Called Customer Support, they picked right up, (and a REAL LIVE PERSON I might add) within TWO DAYS, I had a Brand New pair of Buds!

I’m here to tell you, if you can find a better sounding pair of earbuds ANYWHERE, for ANY amount of money, I’d sure like to hear from you!

Buyer Beware of Status Earbuds
I have owned 2 sets of Status Earbuds Between 3 AND C. They are nice and up until this week, they worked perfectly. I tried to reach out to the customer service team and found out the initial contacts are all online and all of them are AI. That sucks! No live person to discuss issues. I filled out yet another form and asked for a live agent to email me at least. Some AI generated email came and it said for me to clean my earbuds. That was not the problem. My right earbud went out and had no sound. It was fully charged and worked fine until yesterday. The agent then sent another video on charging. None of that was relevant. I need to exchange my earbuds, which are under warranty, for a new pair. Just getting someone to help has been frustrating and unbearable. I would tell people to stay away just for this reason. Go with another brand that actually has live customer support. This would have taken 5 minutes with any other live agent supported business. Instead, I am 36 hours invested and still have no resolution. AI has its place, customer service is just not it!

The status company is and will be a strong competitor in the market of earbuds. I believe strong ethical attitude and passion for customer satisfaction is at the top of their action goals. I have experienced the best responses, the best customer service with my unusual circumstances after a surgery. Status worked with me on allowing me to send back the earbuds after my 5 days in the hospital. I have already prepaid for the pro. X earbuds but they made it possible where I could have the between3ANC earbuds Long enough so I could send them back within 30 days. Bottom line, I was able to save the $189 which I have put towards the new pro x earbuds. I believe James and his incredible engineering departments have the rights, focus and action plans to take the number one spot over Bose and apple. Thank you very much. James and engineering team.

I bought a pair of status earbuds the between 3 ANC black, I received them they worked fine for about 1 hour after downloading their app the right earbud went dead it will not reconnect it will not reset after multiple times trying I've asked for a refund this is the second time I've had this problem after they replaced the right earbud once already. Now they will not answer my demand for a refund. All I want is my money back I'll send them their dead earbuds their communication is next to nothing other than their automated answer that they promised to get back with me with a human. My experience is extremely poor horrible Communications, be also advised PayPal would not refund my payment, only buy through Amazon! I have had NO problems with them on a bad product that I needed a return. Also the phone number that Trust Piolet show's as there contact phone number is a DEAD number! To me that show's they are NOT a trust worthy company!
After a month and a half and about 20 to 25 emails I finally recieved a refund from this company. I've been doing business for over 50 years and I've never had much success from California or New York companies the mail is horrible communication is horrible their products are usually subpar. Whatever you do do not download any software updates if you have the buds working.

Should i give more stars for a product if its functioning well but wont charge up?
NO! Really annoying, the left bud never charges up and every morning i start with is about spending minutes stressing and placing it in and out from the case hoping it will ‘click’ and charge up.
Ridiculous how poor the design is clearly dear engineers had no idea what they are doing.
Audio wise it has faults, after 3 months is started doing this weird screetching noise kinda reminding of damaged stereo i guess poor quality. Would recommend because in the beginning it was lovely but at this point its just a headache for 130 pounds.

I love this company! I recently ordered a pair of the 3ANC ear pods. After a few months, I had an issue with one of the ear pods that needed to be addressed. I had the good fortune to be connected with Yuliia from Customer Service. In the world we live in today, regarding online shopping, if you don't have excellent Customer Service, I will usually take my business elsewhere. Yuliia was quick to respond and walked me through the process to address my issue, This lovely lady deserves a big gold star!

Amazing sound quality thats on another level
The Status beyond 3anc earbuds are on another level compared to my old earbuds. I dont knkw how they do it but the bass is truly incredible from something of this physical size. If your someone that likes plenty of volume then these have more than enough whilst still keeping the sound quality. The app could use more work with addition of more features but that said it doesnt take away from the amazing sound that these provide. They're also super comfy too.
